SALES

Olson Urban Housing LLC purchased a 16-acre parcel in Anaheim from Polygon Development for $7.9 million. Olson represented itself. Louis Tomaselli and Mitch Zehner of Voit Commercial Brokerage’s Anaheim Metro office and David Alderman of Voit’s Irvine office represented Polygon.

Shmaze Industries Inc. bought a 21,092-square-foot building at 20792 Canada Road in Lake Forest from T & L; Enterprises for $1.7 million. Paul Caputo and Mike Hefner of Voit Commercial Brokerage’s Anaheim Metro office represented Shmaze. Lee & Associates’ Newport Beach office represented T & L; Enterprises.

Douglas Chaffee of Fullerton bought the 20-unit Cypress Cape Apartments at 5292 through 5302 Bishop St. from Steven & Martha Provenghi of Cypress for $2.1 million. Grant Hahn of Morgan Skenderian Investment Real Estate Group represented both parties.

CGM Real Estate and WCB Properties purchased a 60,968-square-foot office complex at 2400/2402 Michelson Plaza in Irvine from Voit Cal Portfolio Partners I for $9.2 million. Louis Tomaselli and Mitch Zehner of Voit Commercial Brokerage’s Anaheim Metro office and Dough Killian of Voit’s Irvine office represented both parties.

Pacific Sunwear of California Inc. acquired 19.2 acres in Anaheim from Boeing Co. for $12.1 million. Brian DeRevere, Bob Goodmanson and Brad Bierbaum and Ian Britton of CB Richard Ellis represented both parties.

RSE Sierra acquired a 38,000-square-foot building at 4411 La Palma in Anaheim from J & I; Partners for $2.7 million. Bob Goodmanson and Iana Britton of CB Richard Ellis represented both parties.

Jones-Bakersfield LP acquired a 15,840-square-foot industrial building at 1105 Discovery in Anaheim from Samuel Lin for $1.3 million. Mike Cargile of Voit Commercial Real Estate represented Jones-Bakersfield. Steve Bari of Lee & Associates, Orange Inc. represented Lin.

The city of Anaheim bought a 16,403-square-foot industrial building at 425 Anaheim Blvd. in Anaheim from Clayton-Fromholz Investment for $1.3 million. Dave Williams of Lee & Associates, Orange Inc. represented both parties.

Walker Brothers Machinery Moving Inc. purchased a 67,500-squre-foot industrial building at 3839 E. Coronado Ave. in Anaheim from Acacia Properties Inc. for $4.5 million. Steve Sprenger of Grubb & Ellis’ Anaheim office and Randy Coe of Colliers Seeley International represented Walker Brothers. Jeff Read of Grubb & Ellis’ Anaheim office represented Acacia Properties.


LEASES

Syzygy Corp. leased a 20,908-squre-foot building at 1640 N. Batavia St. in Orange from Stanley E. Hanson. The five-year contract was valued at $1.2 million. Mike Boomer, Mitch Zehner and Louis Tomaselli of Voit Commercial Brokerage’s Anaheim Metro office represented Syzysy. Voit also represented Hanson.
