SALES

G & K; Investments acquired a 64,403-square-foot industrial center at 1251-1291 Sunshine Way in Anaheim from Sunshine Way LLC for $4.9 million. Jeff Chiate of Cushman & Wakefield represented G & K.; Allen Buchanan and Sonya Grech of Lee & Associates’ Orange office represented Sunshine Way LLC.

The Doctors Insurance Agency purchased a 4,359-square-foot office building at 23241 S. Pointe Drive in Laguna Hills from Pathfinder Mortgage. Steve Economos and George Economos of NAI Capital Commercial represented both parties.

Aliso Viejo-based Shea Properties purchased the 90-unit Parkside apartments in San Rafael from Sares-Regis Group LP for $10.4 million. Pedro Arroyo and John Purvis of Arroyo and Coates represented both parties.

Home Family Trust bought the 5,400-square-foot Sizzler restaurant in Rancho Cucamonga from Realty Income Corp. for $1.6 million. Gregory Brown and Edward Hanley of Marcus & Millichap represented Realty Income.

David Dunn acquired the 24-unit Shelly Drive Apartments at 12561, 12591 and 12601 Shelley Drive in Garden Grove from the Routledge family. Shane McConnel represented Dunn. Jonathan Mitchell and Bryan Ruane of Marcus & Millichap represented the family.

E.P.I. LP bought the 38,237-square-foot Hillcrest Office Park at 1370 N. Brea Blvd. in Fullerton from CTF-13 Hillcrest LLC for $3.5 million. Michael Lawrence of Marcus & Millichap represented the seller.

Irvine-based The Bascom Group LLC bought the 150-unit Arrow Gardens Apartments in Rancho Cucamonga and the 136-unit Arrow Pointe Apartments in Upland from RDPH Properties Inc. and PHTRE LP. Larry Andrews of Sperry Van Ness represented all parties.


LEASE

Woodman Pole Construction Inc. leased a 2-acre parcel in Fontana from DUVAR Inc. for $0.2 million. Art Romandy of Daum Commercial Real Estate’s Anaheim office represented both parties.


OTHER

Rowin F. Jacobs of Dwyer-Curlett Co.’ Orange County office arranged $1 million in permanent financing through Canada Life for two industrial buildings at 1171-1173 Armando St. in Anaheim and $3.9 million in permanent financing through Canada Life for an 85,165-square-foot R & D; building in Carlsbad.
