Plastic injection molder Precise Plastic Products Inc. occupies the building. Michael Moulis with Moulis Realty Co. represented the buyer. J.R. Williamson with the Nathan Howard Group represented the seller.
Cherril Ford Peranich paid $2 million for 16,369 square feet of space in the Anaheim Hills Professional Centre at 5241-5245 E. Santa Ana Canyon Road in Anaheim Hills. Sonya Dopp-Grech of Lee & Associates Commercial Real Estate Services Inc. represented the seller. Tom Dugan of Coldwell Banker Co. represented Peranish.
Eric and Amy Chang paid $1.6 million to Michael and Lisa Santuci for the 16-unit Lambert Apartments at 229 W. Lambert Road in La Habra. Francis Lin of HL Investments represented the buyers. Jay Skenderian and Ken Morgan of Morgan Skenderian Investment Real Estate Group represented the sellers.
An unnamed pension fund paid $20.3 million to CT Realty Corp. of Newport Beach for the Los Arbolitos Apartments at 1825 Foothill Blvd. in La Verne. Marc Renard of Cushman & Wakefield Inc. represented CT Realty. The pension fund was represented by Todd Darling of Lend Lease Real Estate Investments in San Francisco.

Alacer Corp., a maker of vitamins and the Emer’gen-C vitamin C drink mix, leased a 53,400-square-foot flex building at 15365 Barranca Parkway in Irvine in a three-year deal valued at $1.4 million. Scott Garmon and Bob Griffith of Cushman & Wakefield represented landlord Bixby Land Co. Christopher Bates, Jon Marchiorlatti, David Bolt and Larry Schuler of CB Richard Ellis Services Inc. represented Alacer.
DCE Construction leased a 32,480-square-foot industrial building at 1201 E. McFadden Ave. in Santa Ana for four years. The value wasn’t disclosed. Jim Burrus of Daum Commercial Real Estate Services represented DCE Construction. J.R. Wildermuth of Associated Commercial Brokerage represented the landlord, Legacy Partners Commercial Inc.
Australia’s Barbeques Galore Ltd. leased 12,696 square feet of office space at 10 Orchard Road in Lake Forest for five years. The value wasn’t disclosed. Seattle-based KPFF Consulting Engineers leased 10,107 square feet of office space at 18400 Von Karman Ave. in Irvine for six years in a deal valued at $1.9 million. Landlords Transwestern Commercial Real Estate Services and CIGNA Corp. were represented by Transwestern’s Greg May and David Girty.
Luxeon U.S.A. Co., a seller of digital projection displays, leased 11,400 square feet of flex space at 17811 Mitchell North in Irvine in a three-year deal valued at $500,000. Italian restaurant Pasta Pomodoro leased 3,014 square feet of retail space in the Oakcreek Shopping Center for 10 years in a deal valued at $1.3 million. Irwin Hyman and Zina Jacobson of NAI Capital Commercial represented Pasta Pomodoro. Landlord The Irvine Company handled the deal itself.
