SALES

Brandywine Development Corp. paid $15.3 million to Irvine-based Bascom Group LLC for a 128-unit apartment complex at 425 N. Magnolia Ave. in Anaheim. Steve Heri, Cara Weichman, Mike McKinney and Jennifer Song of CB Richard Ellis Inc. represented the seller. Paul Shaikh of Olympia Real Estate Corp. represented the buyer.

Paul Minoo paid $8.9 million to Dave Pick Investment LLC for a 58,473-square-foot mixed-use property at 7302 to 7400 Center Ave. in Huntington Beach. Eric Wohl and Edward Hanley of Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Brokerage Co. represented both parties.

27611 La Paz Rd LLC paid $5.6 million to Voit Cos.’ Voit La Paz Partners LLC for a 38,030-square-foot industrial flex building at 27611 La Paz Road in Laguna Niguel. Rob Socci, Louis Tomaselli and Mitch Zehner of Voit Commercial Brokerage represented the seller. Bob Clippinger and Jason Lopez of Providence Realty Group represented the buyer.

Donald and Janice Gilbert paid $4.7 million to Voit Development Co. for a 24,606-square-foot office building at 22781 to 28741 La Paz Road in Laguna Niguel. Rob Socci, Louis Tomaselli and Mitch Zehner of Voit Commercial Brokerage represented the seller. Bob Clippinger and Jason Lopez of Providence Realty Group represented the buyer.

Rolo Tours paid $2 million to Abba Inc. for two retail buildings totaling 14,200 square feet at 1929 and 1931 S. Manchester Ave. in Anaheim. Bob Kehiayan of Investment R/E Source represented Abba. J.R. Wildermuth of Associated Commercial Broker represented the buyer.

Coronado Plaza LLC paid $1.6 million to the Stanley Family Trust for an 11,769-square-foot office building at 17461 Irvine Blvd. in Tustin. Chris Latta of Lee & Associates Commercial Real Estate Services Inc. represented the seller. The buyer represented itself.

LEASES

Community Action Partnership of Orange County leased 39,200 square feet of industrial space at 7180 Lampson Ave. in Garden Grove. The five-year deal is valued at $1.2 million. Scott Smith, Ted Sawyer and Darin McDonald of Lee & Associates represented the tenant and landlord Container Supply Co.

Staples Contract & Commercial leased 15,508 square feet of industrial flex space at 22 Centerpointe Drive in La Palma. The five-year deal is valued at $945,000. Jeff Kernochan and David Ginther of Fischer & Co. represented the tenant. Landlord Arden Realty Inc. was represented by its Tina LaMonica.
