JC Family Property Group of Los Angeles paid $6.9 million to Cheryl Soos of Trust of Encino for the 20,895-square-foot Yorktown Plaza retail center at 19455 Brookhurst St. in Huntington Beach. Michael Ha represented the buyer. Carlos Lopez of Reza Investment Group LLC represented the seller.

Investment group McCabe Plaza LLC paid $5.7 million to consulting company Alliance Royale Inc. for the 24,342-square-foot office building at 2575 McCabe Way in Irvine. Last year, Alliance Royale moved to Irvine from Atlanta. The company does mortgage financing, mergers and acquisitions, living trusts and annuities. James Cunningham of Grubb & Ellis Co. represented the buyer. Brian Garbutt of Lee & Associates Commercial Real Estate Services Inc. represented the seller.

Continental Republic Properties LLC paid $2.6 million to Partnership 2001 for a 20,860-square-foot office building at 2001 E. Fourth St. in Santa Ana. Ira Morsh of Keller Williams Realty represented the buyer. Chris Latta of Lee & Associates represented the seller.

Bahret Family Trust paid $2.1 million to Rittermal Family Trust for a 15,282-square-foot industrial building at 3701 W. Moore Ave. in Santa Ana. The building is full. Dave Lavin of House Of Seven Gables Real Estate Inc. represented the buyer. Lee A. McCullough and Charles Dever of Colliers Seeley International Inc. represented the seller.

Asset Services Inc. paid $1.6 million to Bob Hansen for a 10,080-square-foot industrial building at 1835 S. Lewis St. in Anaheim. Grubb & Ellis represented the buyer. Lee & Associates represented the seller.

Craig Willems paid $1.5 million to Koll Development Co. for a 7,112-square-foot retail center at 9730 Research Drive in Irvine. Cameran Lindee of CB Richard Ellis Group Inc. represented the buyer. Mike Hartel of Colliers Seeley represented the seller.

David and Tabitha Spatacean paid $1.2 million to Tustin Gateway Business Park for a 6,760-square-foot industrial building at 1193 Warner Ave. in Tustin. The Spataceans are moving from Orange. Frank Mejia and Jane Gallagher of Trico Realty Inc. represented the buyer. Trent Walker of Voit Commercial Brokerage LP represented the seller.

Mortgage Information Services Inc. leased 23,455 square feet of office space at 2150 Towne Centre Place in Anaheim. The lease is valued at $2.9 million. The company plans to occupy the third floor and part of the second floor. Brian Childs of NAI Capital Commercial Real Estate represented the tenant. Andy White and Mark Friend of CB Richard Ellis represented the landlord RREEF LLC.

Black Dot Wireless LLC leased 21,880 square feet of office space at 320 Commerce in Irvine. The space is part of an expansion for Black Dot Wireless, which works with landlords that host wireless phone towers. The four-year lease is valued at $1.6 million. CB Richard Ellis represented the tenant. Landlord The Irvine Company represented itself.

LAMCOR Group leased 6,144 square feet of office space at 419 S. Acacia Ave. in Fullerton. The three-year deal is valued at $161,000. Mike Vernick of Voit Commercial Brokerage represented the tenant. Damian Drab of Pegasus Commercial LLC represented landlord Gildred Development Co.
