Los Angeles-based West Millennium Homes paid $15.3 million to Newport Beach-based Newport Federal for a 67,000-square-foot office building at 18831 Von Karman Ave. in Irvine. Rob Mitchell, Alan Pekarcik and Dan Vittone of Voit Commercial Brokerage represented both parties.
A undisclosed investor paid $7.4 million to Newport Federal for the Airport Office Center, a 32,628-square-foot office building at 4667 MacArthur Blvd. in Newport Beach.
