SALES

DeRegt Development Inc. paid $19.2 million to BKM Development LLC for 20 acres of land at 1071 N. Patt St. and 1045 N. Kemp St. in Anaheim. Jim DeRegt, brother of deRegt Development’s Tom deRegt and a broker with Lee & Associates Commercial Real Estate Services Inc., represented the buyer. Rob Socci and Brian Corrigan of Voit Commercial Brokerage LP represented the seller.

Los Angeles-based West Millennium Homes paid $15.3 million to Newport Beach-based Newport Federal for a 67,000-square-foot office building at 18831 Von Karman Ave. in Irvine. Rob Mitchell, Alan Pekarcik and Dan Vittone of Voit Commercial Brokerage represented both parties.

A undisclosed investor paid $7.4 million to Newport Federal for the Airport Office Center, a 32,628-square-foot office building at 4667 MacArthur Blvd. in Newport Beach. Rob Mitchell of Voit Commercial Brokerage represented the buyer. Mike Meisenbach and Matt Moore of Lee & Associates represented the seller.

Voit Development Co. paid $7.1 million to Windell Investments for Hyland Plaza, a 49,218-square-foot office building at 3525 Hyland Ave. in Costa Mesa. Sam Olmstead and Tim Walker of Voit Commercial Brokerage represented the buyer. Brian Garbutt, Mike Meisenbach and Matt Moore of Lee & Associates represented the seller.

2700 Saturn Street LLC paid $3 million to PS Holdings LLC for a 30,516-square-foot industrial building at 2700 Saturn St. in Brea. Wes Hunnicutt and David Romero of Lee & Associates represented the buyer. Mike Hefner and Mike Vernick of Voit Commercial Brokerage represented the seller.

AEA Investments LLC paid $3 million to a private investor for three flex-tech buildings at 3053, 3061 and 3075 Edinger Ave. in Tustin’s Jamboree Plaza. Kevin Quick of Lee & Associates represented the buyer. Michael Lawrence of Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Brokerage Co. represented the seller.

Douglas H. and Helen C. Wheeler Living Trust paid $3 million to Hesperian Partners for a 26,658-square-foot building at 3020 and 3022 N. Hesperian Way in Santa Ana. David Cox of Ashwill Associates represented the buyer. Greg Diab and Jack Haley of Lee & Associates represented the Seller.

Lilliane Pham paid $2.8 million to Portico Properties LLC for the 17-unit Barcelona Apartments at 12672 to 12676 Dale St. in Garden Grove. Rick Applebaum of Morgan Skenderian Investment Real Estate Group represented the buyer. Jay Skenderian and Grant Hahn of Morgan Skenderian represented the seller.

Gary Sauter of Coast Properties paid $1.7 million to Goldstein Living Trust for a 4,494-square-foot retail building at 888 Glenneyre St. in Laguna Beach. Paul A. Bitonti of Marcus & Millichap represented both parties.

Phil Bollman paid $1 million to an unnamed seller for a 6,700-square-foot industrial building at 977 Enterprise in Anaheim. Tom Grant and David Williams of Lee & Associates represented both parties.

David Renner paid $945,000 to Garen Hanlen and Isidro Rodriguez for a 7,100-square-foot industrial building at 2400 Cape Cod in Santa Ana. Tom Grant of Lee & Associates represented the buyer. David Cox of Ashwill Associates represented the seller.


LEASES

I Sold It On eBay leased 42,860 square feet in the Imperial Promenade Shopping Center at Imperial Highway and La Palma Ave. in Anaheim. Financial terms weren’t disclosed for the five-year lease. Thomas Tway of Rep Commercial Inc. represented the tenant. Youssef Ibrahim of Premiere Commercial Brokerage represented landlord Bayport Imperial Promenade Associates.

The Chubb Group of Insurance Cos. leased 17,815 square feet in the South Coast Corporate Center at 3090 Bristol St. in Costa Mesa. Chubb’s Federal Insurance Co. is set to occupy the space. Rich Essen of Cushman & Wakefield Inc. represented Chubb. Bob Thagard of Orion Property Partners represented Boston-based landlord TA Associates Realty.

Tapco Associates Inc. leased 16,049 square feet of industrial space at 6000 Phyllis Drive in Cypress. Sam Chu of CB Richard Ellis Group Inc. represented the tenant and landlord Cypress Land Co.
