Ageel Mohammad paid $1.8 million to Franklin Dennis Hirt for a 9,685-square-foot industrial building at 3010 Miraloma Ave. in Anaheim. Rob Socci and Hayden Socci of Voit Commercial Brokerage represented the seller. Harry Lawrence of Lee & Associates Commercial Real Estate Services Inc. represented the buyer.
Joseph Hoang paid $1.4 million to Brian Burke for a 6,868-square-foot industrial building at 11264 Monarch St. in Garden Grove. Brian Williams of Voit Commercial Brokerage represented the buyer. Gary Marquis of Collins Commercial represented the seller.
Le Court Family Trust paid $1 million to Biggs Family Trust for a 4,176-square-foot industrial building at 27176 Burbank Ave. in Foothill Ranch. Mike Hefner of Voit Commercial Brokerage represented the seller. Scott Kelley of Saywitz Co. represented the buyer.
LEASES
Fisher & Phillips LLP leased 24,942 square feet of office space at 2050 Main St. in Irvine. The value of the 10-year lease wasn’t disclosed. The tenant will move into the space in March. Jack McNutt and Chon Kantikovit of Grubb & Ellis Co. represented the tenant. Dean Chandler and John Weiner of CB Richard Ellis Group Inc. represented landlord Opus West Corp.
Crawford & Co. renewed its lease of a 21,753-square-foot office space at 3030 and 3050 Saturn St. in Brea. The lease is valued at $2.4 million. Daum Commercial Real Estate Services represented the tenant. Robert Sattler and Jonmark Fabiano of Lee & Associates represented landlord Brea Corporate Park.
Pool & Electrical Products Inc. leased a 15,000-square-foot industrial building at 160 E. Liberty Ave. in Anaheim. The value of the five-year lease was not disclosed. The tenant is a wholesaler of pool, electrical and building products. Shawn Kelter of Grubb & Ellis and Karl Heim of Commercial Realty Partners represented the tenant. Landlord Levine Trust represented itself.
Tsuchiyama Kaino Sun & Carter renewed a lease of 10,000 square feet of office space at 17911 Von Karman Ave. in Irvine. The tenant designs heating, ventilating, air conditioning, plumbing and fire protection systems. The five-year lease is valued at $1.7 million. Bruce Schuman and Michael Props of Studley Inc. represented the tenant.
Cirks Construction leased an 8,856-square-foot industrial building at 1228 Shelly in Orange. The lease is valued at $300,000. Jack Haley and David Williams of Lee & Associates represented landlord 1228 Shelly LLC. Bryan Industrial Properties represented the tenant.
Westport Properties Inc. renewed its lease of 6,913 square feet of space at 2424 S.E. Bristol St. in Newport Beach. The lease was valued at $757,800.
