Real Estate Deals



SALES

KTM Investment Group purchased a 20,952-square-foot auto service center at High Park Business Center in Mission Viejo from NewVest Capital Corp. for $3.5 million. Dennis Dillon of MEI Real Estate Services represented KTM. Ed McKeegan also of MEI Real Estate Services represented NewVest.

An undisclosed party acquired an 88,000-square-foot building in Santa Ana from Ewing Development for $6.2 million. Gary Stache of CB Richard Ellis Private Client Investment Group represented Ewing. Also, a local family partnership bought a 217,640-square-foot office building in Santa Ana from Ewing for $15.4 million. Stache represented both parties in that deal.

An undisclosed party bought an 89,592-square-foot building at 1100 E. Orangethorpe in Anaheim from SM/CT Partners LP for $8.1 million. Gary Stache and Mark Larson of CB Richard Ellis Private Client Investment Group represented SM/CT Partners.

Vincent Moraga LLC bought a 99,100-square-foot industrial building in Temecula. Jeff Demorest of Daum Commercial Real Estate Services’ Newport Beach office represented Vincent Moraga.

KC Chen and Happy Chen acquired a 38,900-square-foot industrial building at 1268 Lakeview Ave. in Anaheim from the Arthur Granito for $2.8 million. Steve Crane of Lee & Associates’ Orange office represented the Chens. Mitch Zehner and Louis Tomaselli of Voit represented Granito.

Lagenwalter Trust purchased an 11,000-square-foot office space at 2411 Winston Road in Anaheim from Seville Capital LLC for $1 million. Mitch Zehner of Voit represented the trust. Randy Coe of Colliers Seeley represented Seville.


LEASES

St. Joseph Professional Services Enterprises renewed its lease for 22,932 square feet at Orangewood Office Center at 1845 Orangewood Ave. in Orange from Stache Enterprises for $1.4 million. Kevin Leonard of Healthwest Realty Advisors represented St. Joseph. Alida V. Calvangna and Robert Engen of Lee & Associates’ Orange office represented Stache.

Science Applications International leased 6,294 square feet at One Centerpointe Drive in La Palma from Arden Realty Inc. The five-year contract was valued at $0.8 million. Mike Latham of Arden represented both parties.

McLeod USA leased a 19,000-square-foot industrial space at 2752 Walnut Ave. in Tustin from Brandy-Sam. The 10-year lease was valued at $2.2 million. Leland Bruce of Staubach Co. represented McLeod. Steve Schloemer of Colliers Seeley represented Brandy-Sam.


OTHER

Oltmans Construction Co. completed the construction of the 202,494-square-foot Westminster Business Center at 14600, 14650 and 14700 Hoover Ave. in Westminster. The $16.5 million, three-building warehouse and distribution complex was designed by Sares-Regis Group, Irvine. Pyramid Logistics leased 56,679 square feet at the facility.

The McCulley Group completed the design of the 8,562-square-foot California Bank & Trust Huntington Beach branch at 16041 Goldenwest St. in Huntington Beach.
