Proficiency Capital bought a 49,096-square-foot industrial building in Santa Fe Springs from Resco Products for $2.9 million. Clyde Stauff and Patrick Griffin of Colliers Seeley’s Anaheim office represented both parties.

IT Group leased a 14,244-square-foot space in MacArthur Corporate Park at 3123 MacArthur Blvd. in Santa Ana from RREEF Management Co. David Desper and Tom West of CB Richard Ellis’ Newport Beach office represented RREEF Management.
Pyramid Logistics leased a 59,678-square-foot building at 14650 Hoover St. in Westminster from Sares-Regis. The six-year contract was valued at $2.9 million. Bob Goodmanson and Brian DeRevere of CB Richard Ellis represented Sares-Regis.
Gish Biomedical leased a 51,800-square-foot space at 22942 Arroyo Vista in Rancho Santa Margarita from Eric Pepys. The 10-year contract was valued at $4.6 million. Kevin Turner of Colliers Seeley and Gordon Henry of Cushman & Wakefield represented Gish. Mark Zuvich and Jack Cannon of Zuvich, Cannon & Associates represented Pepys. In addition, Gish Biomedical leased 23,040 square feet in the Irvine Spectrum at 1041 Bake Parkway from Buckhead Properties. The five-year contract was valued at $0.8 million. Again, Turner and Henry represented Gish. Gregg Haly of CB Richard Ellis represented Buckhead.
TRW Aerospace leased a 40,000-square-foot space in Diamond Bar from Opus West. The 10-year lease was valued at $5.1 million. Clyde Stauff and Keith Wilson of Colliers Seeley’s Anaheim office represented TRW. Taylor Ing and Mark Friends of CB Richard Ellis represented Opus West.
Aqueduct leased a 20,000-square-foot space at the Pacific Corporate Park in Aliso Viejo from CarrAmerica. The seven-year contract was valued at $3 million. Tim Joyce and Oliver Fleener of Colliers Seeley represented Aqueduct. Dave Whitney of Lee & Associates represented CarrAmerica.
United Rentals leased a 15,000-square-foot industrial building at 16300 Gothard St. in Huntington Beach from Mullin Lumber. The 10-year lease was valued at $3.5 million. Targus Inc. expanded its lease to 65,447 square feet in the Anaheim Tech Center at 1145 N. Ocean Circle in Anaheim. The five-year contract with Kilroy Realty was valued at $2.2 million. Ceridian Corp. leased a 134,000-square-foot commercial office space from Arden Realty Inc. The eight-year lease was valued at $27 million. Rick Sherburne and Travis Boyd of CB Richard Ellis represented Ceridian Corp. Arden Realty was represented in-house by Andy Batcheller and Marc Jones. In addition, Ceridian Corp. expanded its lease to 25,268 square feet at 17390 Brookhurst Avenue in Fountain Valley. The eight-year contract was valued at $28.2 million.
Newport Corp. leased 77,743 square feet at 1821 E. Dyer Road in Santa Ana. The five-year lease was valued at $5 million.
