An undisclosed buyer paid $1.1 million to Bacchus Commercial for a 4,950-square-foot building at 9790 Irvine Center Drive in Irvine. The building is part of the Bacchus Signature Series business park and sold for $220 per square foot. Oliver Ternate of Zuvich Corporate Advisors represented the buyer.

Seabright previously was at an older office building on Parker Street in Orange. Terms of the lease weren’t disclosed.
