SALES

Robert Hamra paid $16.5 million to The Muller Co. for a 163,467-square-foot office complex at 100 to 392 W. Cerritos Ave. in Anaheim. Mike Meisenbach and Brian Garbutt of Lee & Associates Commercial Real Estate Services Inc. represented Muller. Hamra represented himself.

Quail Investors LP and Dove Investors LP paid $10.8 million to Newport Properties I Ltd. for two office buildings at 1000 Quail St. and 1151 Dove St. in Newport Beach. The Quail building is 27,834 square feet. The one on Dove is 30,342 square feet. George Economos, Steve Economos and Geoff DeWolf of NAI Capital Commercial Real Estate and Ken Johnson of Lee & Associates represented both parties.

Sunset Highland LLC paid $8 million to NCC-Caliber V LLC for a 20,000-square-foot medical office building at 1031 Avenida Pico in San Clemente. Kathleen Silver and Ferris Lee of Grubb & Ellis Co. represented both parties.

GP Enterprises paid $2.6 million to Ronald Marquez for a 33,226-square-foot industrial building at 1250 Webb Circle in Corona. Johnny Eubanks, Dave Hunsaker, Charles Noble and Jim Oliver of Lee & Associates Commercial Real Estate Services Inc. represented both parties.

An unnamed Newport Beach investor paid $2.6 million to Jay H. Ku for a 6,509-square-foot retail building at 3305 Newport Blvd. in Newport Beach. Mehran Foroughi of Sperry Van Ness Commercial Real Estate Advisors represented the seller. Robert Kugh of Team Spirit represented the buyer.

Western States Metals paid $1.8 million to Noevir Co. for a 16,469-square-foot industrial building at 17952 Cowan in Irvine. Greg Velastegui of Voit Commercial Brokerage represented the buyer. Jim Snyder and Kevin Thomas of Lee & Associates represented the seller.

Video Equipment Rentals paid $1.5 million to Claudina Way Associates for a 12,480-square-foot industrial building at 1655 Claudina Way in Anaheim. Paul Gingrich of GVA DAUM represented Video Equipment Rentals. Jim Keane of Keane and Associates represented the seller.

Urie Properties Inc. paid $1.5 million to T & J; Hirth Trust of Laguna Niguel for a 9,384-square-foot building at 2245 Laguna Canyon Road in Laguna Beach, which is home to Laguna Canyon Automotive & Self Storage. Larry DeSantis of Sperry Van Ness represented the buyer. Mike Austin of Silver Creek Properties represented the seller.

26641 Cabot Road LLC paid $1.5 million to Steve and Anne Jones and the Teresa and James Goode Trust for a 9,000-square-foot flex building in the Saddleback Technology Park in Laguna Hills. Gregory Haly at CB Richard Ellis Inc. represented the sellers. Royce Sharf of Studley represented the buyer.

Crown Edition paid $1.4 million to RV Investments for a 7,692-square-foot industrial building at 17530 Von Karman Ave. in Irvine. Mike Hefner and Tony Gleason of Voit Commercial Brokerage represented both parties.

Residential Mortgage Corp. paid $1.1 million to RBI Development LLC for a 5,973-square-foot industrial building at 30255 Tomas in Rancho Santa Margarita. Dana Davis of Swartz Commercial represented the seller. Chris Shea of Lee & Associates represented the buyer.

John Spencer Ellis Enterprises Inc. paid $1 million to Happy Hair & Nails for a 5,720-square-foot industrial building at 30245 Tomas in Rancho Santa Margarita. Carlos Diaz of CB Richard Ellis represented Happy Hair & Nails. Mark Jerue and Craig Fitterer of Lee & Associates represented John Spencer Ellis.

BayHarbor Harrison Association LP paid $14 million to Hunsaker-Harrison Avenue LLC for a 154,068-square-foot industrial building at 19901 to 19977 Harrison Ave. in Industry. Steve Shatafian of Lee & Associates represented both parties.

LEASES

Young Champions Recreation Programs leased 19,742 square feet of office space at 1717 S. Grand Ave. in Santa Ana. Financial terms of the three-year deal weren’t disclosed. Jeff Lauer and Ron Blakeslee of Dawn Commercial represented the tenant. Dave Desper of CB Richard Ellis represented landlord Catellus Development Corp.
