Newport Beach’s Professional Real Estate Services Inc. paid $10 million to Irvine-based Colton Co. for two office buildings totaling 66,363 square feet at 19772 and 19782 MacArthur Blvd. in Newport Beach. Steve Economous and George Economous of NAI Capital Commercial Real Estate represented the buyer. Mike Kane and Bob Smith of CB Richard Ellis Inc. represented Colton.
Mitchell Land and Improvement paid $6 million to Custom Management Partners for a 30,624-square-foot office building at 13001 Seal Beach Blvd. in Seal Beach. Greg Gill of Charles Dunn Co. represented both parties.
Kevin Coleman paid $3.9 million to Universal Motion Components Co. for a 45,539-square-foot industrial building at 3130 Airway in Costa Mesa. Coleman’s Net Development Co., a real estate designer and project manager, plans to occupy a quarter of the building and redevelop the rest. Universal Motion, a maker of mechanical parts for ships, trucks and irrigation systems, recently moved to 2920 Airway Ave. in Costa Mesa. Scott Read, Bryon Ward and Wade Tift of Grubb & Ellis Co. represented Coleman. Greg Velastegui and John Griffin of Voit Commercial Brokerage represented Universal Motion.
Gems Holdings LLC paid $3.8 million to San Francisco-based Catellus Development Corp. for a 50,000-square-foot building at 4111 N. Palm St. in Fullerton. Mitch Zehner and Louis Tomaselli of Voit Commercial Brokerage represented the buyer. Jeff Reed and Troy Williams of Grubb & Ellis represented Catellus.
The Otsuka Family Trust paid $3.4 million to Irvine’s Wohl Investment Co. for a 38,379-square-foot flex-tech building at 5241 Lincoln Ave. in Cypress. Mike Bouma of Voit Commercial Brokerage represented Wohl. Jesse James of Brokers West Real Estate Inc. represented the buyer.
Maude-Marino Valley LLC paid $3.4 million to Robert P. Colleli for a 39,794-square-foot building at 1400 to 1401 Daly St. in Anaheim. Rob Socci and Nick Roussos of Voit Commercial Brokerage represented Colleli. Dan Powers of CB Richard Ellis represented the buyer.
Edwin R. Allen LLC paid $3 million to Malden Terrace LLC for a 30-unit apartment complex at 1000 to 1018 S. Malden Ave. in Fullerton. Jonathan Mitchell of Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Brokerage Co. represented both parties.
Dr. Musa Bahla and Dr. Maha Yousif paid $2.6 million to Arbours 1 LLC for a 12,993-square-foot office building at 29809 Santa Margarita Parkway in Rancho Santa Margarita. The U.S. arm of Australian surfwear maker Rip Curl International paid $2.5 million to San Clemente Business Park LLC for 5.2 acres of land at 201 Avenida Fabricante in San Clemente for its headquarters. Steven Hogberg and Trey Trask of Coreland Cos. Commercial Real Estate Services represented Rip Curl. Jon Marchiorlatti of CB Richard Ellis represented the seller.
Tyler Mattox paid $2 million to AC Industrial Properties for the 43,710-square-foot industrial building at 6920 Stanton Ave. in Buena Park. Tucker Brown of CB Richard Ellis represented the buyer.
