An undisclosed buyer paid $1 million to Bacchus Commercial Development for a 4,950-square-foot office building at 9940 Irvine Center Drive in Irvine. The building sold for $210 per square foot and is part of the Bacchus Signature Series business park.
An undisclosed buyer paid $1 million to an undisclosed seller for a 5,328-square-foot apartment complex at 322 E. Chestnut Ave. in Santa Ana. The complex sold for $144,600 per unit and at a 7.4% capitalization rate. All seven apartments are full. George Sidrak of Lotus Real Estate represented the seller.
