An undisclosed buyer paid $7.4 million to NNN Pacific Corporate Park 1 for 36,675 square feet of office space at 25371 Commercentre Drive in Lake Forest. Steve Economos, George Economos and Geoff DeWolf of NAI Capital Commercial Real Estate Services represented the buyer. Adam Wicker of Lee & Associates Commercial Real Estate Services represented the seller.
Millianni LLC paid $6.4 million to Warren and Peggy Wincorn for a 19,500-square-foot retail center at 18533 to 18549 Yorba Linda Blvd. in Yorba Linda. South El Monte Venture II LP paid $6.3 million to Cypress Corporate Park LLC for a 67,000-square-foot building in the Cypress Corporate Park at 10741 Walker St. in Cypress. Santana-Hesenflow Partnership paid $5.3 million to Burke Huntington Beach LLC for the 39,550-square-foot industrial building at 5250 Rancho Road in Huntington Beach. Darin McDonald and Ted Sawyer of Lee & Associates represented the buyer. Bob Goodmanson and Brian DeRevere of CB Richard Ellis represented the seller.
205 S. Western LLC paid $3.5 million to an undisclosed seller for a 20-unit apartment community at 205 S. Western Ave. in Anaheim. Gary Pesner of Sperry Van Ness represented the buyer. The seller, a family trust from Spring, Texas, represented itself.
