SALES

Friston LLC paid $10 million to Seashore Apartments Ltd., both of Huntington Beach, for a 64-unit apartment complex at 19822 Brookhurst St. in Huntington Beach. Grant Hahn and Jay Skenderian of Morgan Skenderian Investment Real Estate Group represented both parties.

RU Investments LLC paid $4 million to the Mareeba Trust for an 18,000-square-foot office building at 2350 S.E. Bristol St. in Newport Beach. Tony Gleason of Voit Commercial Brokerage represented RU Investments. Chris Chinnici of Collins Commercial Corp. and Christen Nilsen of Coast Newport Properties represented the seller.

Crestmark Investment paid $3.8 million to an unnamed private trust for a 24,855-square-foot office building at 30012 Ivy Glenn Drive in Laguna Niguel. George Economos and Steve Economos of NAI Capital Commercial Real Estate Services represented both parties.

Swinerton Real Estate paid $3.2 million to Mitchell North Partners for a 20,500-square-foot office building at 17731 Mitchell N. in Irvine. Drew Netherton of Cushman & Wakefield Inc. represented Swinerton. John Griffin and Mark Weeks of Voit Commercial Brokerage represented Mitchell North Partners.

LEASES

Heritage Escrow Co. renewed its lease for 15,076 square feet of office space at 2955 Main St. in Irvine. The six-year deal is valued at $2.3 million. Wayne Lamb of The Staubach Co. represented the tenant. Doug Killian of Voit Commercial Brokerage represented landlord Pacific Western LLC.

Newport Beach-based Squar, Milner, Reehl & Williamson renewed its lease for 13,311 square feet of office space at 4100 Newport Place in Newport Beach. The seven-year deal is valued at $2.7 million. Steve Lane of Voit Commercial Brokerage represented the tenant, an accounting firm. Simon Dillon and Mark Friend of CB Richard Ellis Inc. represented landlord Newport Place Corp.
