Top Year International purchased a 7,700-square-foot industrial building at 22425 E. La Palma Ave. in Yorba Linda from Mudge Fasteners for $0.7 million. Chris Migliori of Daum’s Anaheim office represented both parties.

Trico-TCH Ltd. purchased a 31,320-square-foot multi-tenant building at 499 Nibus St. in Brea from SG & H; Partners LLP for $2 million. Chris Migliori of Daum’s Anaheim office represented both parties.

Douglas Chaffee purchased the 20-unit Cypress Cape Apartments at 5292-5302 Bishop St. in Cypress from Steven and Martha Provenghi for $2.1 million. Grant Hahn of Morgan Skenderian Investment Real Estate Group’s Newport Beach office represented both parties.

Walker Bros. Machinery Moving Inc. acquired a 67,500-square-foot industrial building at 3839 E. Coronado Ave. in Anaheim from Acacia Properties Inc. for $4.5 million. Steve Sprenger of Grubb & Ellis’ Anaheim office and Randy Coe of Colliers Seeley International represented Walker Bros. Jeff Read of Grubb & Ellis’ Anaheim office represented Acacia.

EMC Associates acquired a 39,925-square-foot building at 17466 Daimler St. in Irvine from Voit Fica Partners for $3.1 million. John Griffin of Voit Commercial Brokerage’s Irvine office and John Pagliassotti of Voit’s Anaheim Metro office represented both parties.

Aslam Ali bought an 8,097-square-foot industrial building at 32A Mauchly in Ada Technology Park in Irvine from A.H. Partnership for $1.1 million. Ken Sax of Grubb & Ellis represented Ali. David Kluver of Grubb & Ellis’ Newport Beach office represented A.H. Partnership.

Andrew Peceimer acquired the seven-unit Bush Street Apartments at 400 N. Bush St. in Anaheim from Ernie & Margaret Kuo for $0.4 million. Jay Skenderian and Grant Hahn of Morgan Skenderian Investment Real Estate Group’s Newport Beach office represented both parties.

Tipton Trust bought the 17,894-square-foot Los Alamitos Suites at 3401 Katella Ave. in Los Alamitos from Douglas Fisher for $2 million. David Cox of Ashwill Associates represented the trust. Mike Austin of Sperry Van Ness represented Fisher.

Memory Experts International bought an industrial building at 17191 Armstrong Ave. in Irvine from The Harro and Ericka Heinz Family Partnership LP for $1.4 million. Eileen Schuler of Schuler Commercial Real Estate represented Memory Experts International. Larry Schuler of CB Richard Ellis represented the partnership.

Dynasty Memory purchased a 30,342-square-foot facility at 3080 Harbor Blvd. in Santa Ana from Ewing Enterprises for $3.1 million. Jonathan Ton of D.T. Ton & Associates represented Dynasty. David Desper of CB Richard Ellis’ Newport Beach office represented Ewing.


LEASES

Great Cities Inc. leased a 15,404-square-foot space at 9999 Muirlands in the Irvine Spectrum from Orion Holdings LLC for $1.2 million. Chris Migliori of Daum’s Anaheim office represented both parties.
