The Ducoing Family Trust paid $9.8 million the Price Family Trust for a 62,840-square-foot industrial building at 3818 E. Coronado St. in Anaheim. Anaheim-based apartment owner and manager Advanced Real Estate Services Inc. paid $7.4 million to Diversified Rockfield LLC for a 30,156-square-foot office building at 23792 Rockfield Blvd. in Lake Forest. Advanced Real Estate, which owns about 5,000 apartments in the Southland, plans to move its headquarters to the building this summer. Chris Deason and Gil Marrero of Voit Commercial Brokerage represented both parties.
Epic Products Inc., maker of a reusable wine cork, leased 69,272 square feet of office and warehouse space at 2801 Yale St. in Santa Ana. The seven-year lease is valued at $3.6 million. Epic Products is moving from Fountain Valley. Dave Desper and Chip Wright of CB Richard Ellis Group Inc. represented landlord LAPCO Industrial Parks. Desper also represented Epic Products.
