Remarc Management paid $7 million to Fairmont Plaza Partners LLC for the 25,537-square-foot El Rancho Plaza shopping center at 100 Fairmont Blvd. in Anaheim Hills. Edward Hanley, Gregory Brown and Jeremy McChesney of Hanley Brown Group represented both parties.
Rainbow Baja LLC paid $6.7 million to Sam Schmidt for a 51,813-square-foot industrial building at 900 Calle Negocio in San Clemente. Steve Wagner of CB Richard Ellis Group Inc. represented the buyer. Thomas Lunnen and Bob Savanich of the Lunnen Co. represented the seller.
RTTP LLC paid $5.4 million to Redhill Pullman LLC for a 55,693-square-foot office building at 3184 Pullman St. in Costa Mesa. RTTP plans to refurbish the building and lease it for use as a corporate headquarters. Louis Tomaselli, Mitch Zehner and Mike Boomer of Voit Commercial Brokerage LP represented both parties.
Wood Gutmann Insurance Brokers paid $5.1 million to Redhill Investments for a 30,426-square-foot office building at 15901 Red Hill Ave. in Tustin. Rick Sherburne, Alex Hayden and Travis Boyd of CB Richard Ellis represented the buyer. Redhill Investments represented itself.
American Pacific Holdings paid $4.6 million to Cal Wild for a 60,943-square-foot industrial building at 700 South St. in Anaheim. Christine Bowen and John Matus of Lee & Associates Commercial Real Estate Services Inc. represented the buyer. J.R. Wildermuth of Associated Commercial Brokers represented the seller.
International Church of the Foursquare Gospel paid $4 million to HG-Burke Talega LLC for an 18,706-square-foot office building at 1201 Puerta Del Sol in San Clemente. Jon Marchiorlatti of CB Richard Ellis represented the buyer. Greg Puccinelli and Scott Johnstone of Grubb & Ellis Co. represented the seller.
Irons Family Trust paid $3.4 million to Santee Realty Co. for an 18,000-square-foot office building at 2601 E. Chapman Ave. in Fullerton. Irons Family Trust represented itself. Mitchell Wright of Bob Wright Industrial Properties Inc. represented the seller.
The Allying Family Trust 1982 paid $2.9 million to Donald Hecht and Mark Hecht for a 21,538-square-foot office building at 1840 E. 17th St. in Santa Ana. Scott Williams of Prudential California Realty represented the buyer. Chris Latta of Lee & Associates represented the seller.

Dr. Shih Tang paid $1.5 million to an undisclosed seller for a 9,000-square-foot medical building at 1085 N. Harbor Blvd. in Anaheim. Pasha Darvishian, David Maling and Chris Maling of Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Brokerage Co. represented both parties.
Lewis Hines paid $1.4 million to Hetzner Family Trust for a 10,224-square-foot industrial building at 723 Hariton in Orange. Hank Wildermuth of Available Properties represented the buyer. Jim Oliver of Lee & Associates represented the seller.

Applied Medical Resources Corp. leased 39,708 square feet of industrial space at 22432 Avenida Empresa in Rancho Santa Margarita. The five-year deal is valued at $1.5 million. Callahan & Blaine, a law firm specializing in business litigation and personal injuries, renewed its lease of 25,561 square feet of office space at 3 Hutton Centre Drive in Santa Ana. The value of the seven-year lease was not disclosed. Chon Kantikovit and Jack McNutt of Grubb & Ellis represented the tenant.
