Donahue Schriber purchased a two-story, 40,818-square-foot building at 200 E. Baker St. in Costa Mesa and moved into the facility.

Aluma Systems leased a 20,970-square-foot industrial building at 412 Levers Place in Orange from Arlen and Eva Rethwisch. The contract was valued at $1.1 million. Dan Powers of CB Richard Ellis represented Aluma. David Williams of Lee & Associates-Orange Inc. represented the Rethwisches.
S & J; Supply Co. leased 4.2 acres with a 12,500-square-foot industrial building in Santa Fe Springs from Patent Construction System for $2.1 million. Luke McDaniel of Cushman & Wakefield represented S & J.; Clif Fincher and John Tenaglia of Lee & Associates’ Orange office represented Patent Construction.
Precision Waterjet Inc. leased a 17,160-square-foot industrial building at 635 W. Angus Ave. in Orange from Stephen D. Crank of Mission Viejo. The five-year lease was valued at $0.6 million. Troy Williams of Grubb & Ellis’ Anaheim office represented both parties.
Del Mar Analytical leased 13,132 square feet at 17062 Murphy Ave. in Irvine from 17062 Murphy Associates. The three-year lease was valued at $0.5 million. First Financial Corp. subleased 10,097 square feet at Irvine Technology Center at 320 Commerce in Irvine from Nexgenix Inc. The two-year lease was valued at $0.4 million. Transwestern Commercial Services received the contract to manage a 70,000-square-foot office building portfolio at 2019-2211 W. Orangewood Ave. in Orange.
Kitchell Development Co. opened Phase I of the 287,000-square-foot Old Ranch Town Center in Seal Beach. Phase II will be completed in the fall. The project was designed by Nadel Architects. Mike Jensen, Mark Shenouda and Ryan Sullivan of Pacific Retail Partners will be responsible for leasing.
Oakwood Worldwide completed an $11 million renovation of the 549-unit Oakwood Long Beach Marina resort apartment complex at 333 First St. in Seal Beach.
Shea Properties completed construction of the 45,000-square-foot Ocean Village II office building in Laguna Niguel. First Team/First Estates will occupy 7,000 square feet of the building’s plaza level. 24-Hour Fitness Sports Club leased 17,500 square feet of the lower level of the office building. In addition, Shea will be completing a 12,600-square-foot retail building in the center. Aaron Brothers Art & Framing leased a 6,500-square-foot space in that building. It was designed by Stearns Architecture of Laguna Beach.
