Falcon Real Estate Co. paid $29.5 million to HGN Gillette LLC for a 98,925-square-foot office building at 17600 Gillette Ave. in Irvine. Ted Gibbons of Investment Realty Advisors represented Falcon. Brad Schroth and Mike Massaro of Professional Real Estate Services represented HGN Gillette.
Master Development Corp. paid $11.8 million to Zan Orangewood LLC for a 69,000-square-foot, 11-building office park at 2019 to 2211 W. Orangewood Ave. in Anaheim. Joe Miller, Mitch Zehner and Louis Tomaselli of Voit Commercial Brokerage represented both parties.
Voit Development Co. paid $10 million to The Hamilton Co. for an 85,514-square-foot office building at 14511 Myford Road in Tustin. Jeff Williams and Trent Walker of Voit Commercial represented both parties.
Chambers Road LLC paid $4.1 million to Crestmark Real Estate for two office buildings totaling 30,384 square feet at 2512 to 2522 Chambers Road in Tustin. George Economos and Geoff DeWolf of NAI Capital Commercial Real Estate Services represented both parties.
Long Beach-based Farmers & Merchants Bank paid $3.4 million to Olde Property Corp. for an 11,660-square-foot office building at 24300 Paseo De Valencia in Laguna Hills. Greg Gill of Charles Dunn Co. represented the buyer. Bill White of Colliers Seeley International Inc. represented the seller.
Alex Pitt and Joseph Mamaleger paid $2.1 million to Brenexus, a venture of Santa Ana-based Nexus Cos. and Steve Bren, for a 9,900-square-foot office building at 8855 Research Drive in Irvine. Robert Rieden of Lee & Associates Commercial Real Estate Services represented the buyer.
Anthony Carbone and Sarkis Manoukian paid $1.4 million to Jax European Motor Car Works for a 10,052-square-foot industrial building at 11042 Winners Circle in Los Alamitos. Mike Bouma of Voit Commercial represented both parties.
LaGrandeur Family Trust paid $1 million to Paul and Mary Ericson for a 6,840-square-foot industrial building at 510 Goetz in Santa Ana. John Suggs of Grubb & Ellis Co. represented the seller. Denny Pender of the Nathan Howard Group Inc. represented the buyer.
Mario Aroz paid $785,000 to Stagetech for a 6,650-square-foot industrial building at 1029 N. Fuller St. in Santa Ana. Lee A. McCullough of Colliers Seeley represented Stagetech. Dennis DeMeis of Southwest Commercial represented Aroz.
LEASES
Box maker Zapp Packaging leased 97,114 square feet of industrial space at 200 N. Berry St. in Brea. The 10-year deal is valued at $4.2 million. Ben Seybold, Zach Niles and Stephen Batcheller of CB Richard Ellis Inc. represented Zapp and landlord AMB Institutional Alliance Fund II.
The U.S. General Services Administration leased 55,176 square feet of industrial space at 1585 S. Manchester Ave. in Anaheim. The 15-year deal is valued at $25.4 million. Jake Bobek and Bruce Hoffman of Equis Corp. represented GSA. Mike Hefner of Voit Commercial represented landlord 1515 S. Manchester LLC.
Displays by Jack leased 52,591 square feet of industrial space at 1030 to 1050 E. Valencia Drive in Fullerton. The five-year deal is valued at $1.3 million. Steve Mooradian of Lee & Associates represented the tenant. Bob Goodmanson and Ben Seybold of CB Richard Ellis represented landlord Investco Properties.
Hager Pacific Properties leased 51,000 square feet of industrial space at 611 E. Cerritos Ave. in Anaheim. The six-year deal is valued at $1.8 million. Ben Seybold, Ian Britton, Tom Dorman and Bob Goodmanson of CB Richard Ellis represented the tenant and landlord Import Stone Inc.
Michael’s Stores Inc. leased 25,050 square feet of retail space at The Commons of Aliso Viejo Town Center in a deal valued at $5.5 million. Paul Bartlett and Lea Clay of Colliers Seeley represented Michael’s. Walter Pagel of Grubb & Ellis represented landlord The Commons of Aliso Town Center LLC.
The Irvine Chamber of Commerce leased 5,134 square feet of space at 2485 McCabe in Irvine. The eight-year lease is valued at $1 million. The chamber is moving from 17755 Sky Park Circle in Irvine. The Center Group represented the tenant. Kevin Balfour and Trent Walker of Voit Commercial represented landlord The Center Group.
Robert Hidey Architects leased 9,268 square feet of office space at 7585 Irvine Center Drive in Irvine. The five-year deal is valued at $800,000. Bill White of Colliers Seeley represented the buyer. Landlord The Irvine Company represented itself.
