Archstone-Smith Trust paid $77.2 million to Capri Capital LP, which is run from Irvine and Chicago, for the 416-unit Somerset Park apartment complex at 310 S. Jefferson St. in Placentia. Archstone-Smith Trust represented itself. Scott Davis and Mary Ann King of Chicago-based Moran & Co. represented Capri Capital.
Morgan Holdings Inc. paid $11.2 million to Mullin Properties for a new 100,248-square-foot industrial building at 16350 Gothard St. in Huntington Beach, part of the Gothard Distribution Center. The building is the headquarters for Morgan Sheet Metal Inc., which provides sheet metal to homebuilders. Clyde Stauff and Wayne Lambert of Colliers Seeley International Inc. represented both parties.
Winland Investments Inc. paid $11.2 million to Mission Hills Medical Center LLC for 13 medical office condominiums in a 30,450-square-foot building at 25982 Pala Drive in Mission Viejo. Bob Kehiayan of Investment R/C Source represented the buyer. Kurt Bruggeman and Kaye-T Wing of Lee & Associates Commercial Real Estate Services Inc. represented the seller.
Cardinal Investment Properties LLC paid $9 million to BHLM Holdings LLC for a 92,395-square-foot building at 6635 Caballero Blvd. in Buena Park. David Cox and Taylor Heininger of Ashwill Associates Commercial Real Estate Services Co. represented both parties.
AEA Investments II LLC paid $4.8 million to 5 Mason Investors LP for a 30,724-square-foot research and development building at 5 Mason in Irvine. Mark Weeks and Trent Walker of Voit Commercial Brokerage LP represented the seller. Kevin Quick of Lee & Associates represented the buyer.
Dash Properties, parent company of ATM installer and servicer ISSi, paid $4.4 million to O’Daw Partners LP for a 51,192-square-foot industrial building at 1101 S. Acacia Ave. in Fullerton. Dash Properties plans to occupy half of the building. PlastiColor Molded Products Inc., a maker of automotive accessories, leases the other half. Joe Miller of Voit Commercial Brokerage represented the buyer. Clyde Stauff of Colliers Seeley represented the seller.
Kalili Azarian LLC paid $4.1 million to Lawrence and Lisa Smith for a 27,187-square-foot research and development building at 17422 Murphy Ave. in Irvine. Jeff Mitchell of Voit Commercial Brokerage represented the buyer. Scott Read and Wade Tift of Grubb & Ellis Co. represented the seller.
IL Diamante LLC paid $1.9 million to Carey Enterprises for an 18,215-square-foot industrial building at 601 to 659 N. Fairview St. in Santa Ana. Greg Diab, Jack Haley and Jeff Gahagan of Lee & Associates represented both parties.
Insurance Auto Auctions Inc. leased 113,000 square feet of land at 1460 N. Red Gum St. in Placentia to store vehicles on. The 10-year deal is valued at $1.6 million. Mark Williams of Intellipartners LLC represented the tenant. David Williams of Lee & Associates represented landlord Roka LLC.
Wells Fargo Bank leased 15,000 square feet of office space at 4590 MacArthur Blvd. in Newport Beach. The value of the five-year deal wasn’t disclosed.
