Santa Ana-based Two Brothers Racing bought a 35,973-square-foot facility at 401 S. Grand St. in Santa Ana for $2.1 million. Lee & Associates represented Two Brothers and the undisclosed seller.
Equity Residential Properties Trust bought the 563-unit Toscana Apartments at 35 Via Lucca in Irvine for $90 million. CB Richard Ellis represented both the buyer and the seller, Toscana Apartments, in the transaction.
BRE Properties bought the 308-unit Cortesia Apartments at 29752 Melinda in Rancho Santa Margarita for $38.5 million. CB Richard Ellis represented both the buyer and the seller, Cortesia Apartments, in the transaction.

Venus Textiles leased a 110,000-square-foot facility at 25861 Wright Street in Foothill Ranch. Terms of the transaction were not released. Lee & Associates represented Venus. CB Richard Ellis represented the landlord, Burke/Foothill Ranch.
Veterinary Pet Insurance Co. leased a 50,635-sqaure-foot building at 3060 Saturn St. in Brea. The transaction is valued at $8.4 million. Lee & Associates represented the landlord, Richard Morgan III, in the transaction. Veterinary Pet was represented by CB Richard Ellis.
Other
Kluger Kollin Architects was selected to lead the expansion and renovation of Salesian High School in Boyle Heights. The project will include a new gymnasium, football stadium and a student plaza.
DMK completed $270,000 in tenant improvements on a 1,400-square-foot facility in Newport Beach. The building is owned by Quicksilver Youth.
Colton Properties closed escrow on the 389,000-square-foot Union Bank Square in Orange for $43.5 million. CB Richard Ellis represented both the buyer and the seller, The Freedom Fund.
