Asset Management Consultants Inc. purchased a 26,600-square-foot office complex in Indian Wells for $3.4 million from an investment group. James Killion and Scott Wilson of Wilson-Johnson Real Estate represented both parties.
Lend Lease Real Estate Investments bought the 486,742-square-foot MC & C; Commerce Center/Stage Road properties in Santa Fe Springs from Fortis Advisors Inc. and McGranhan Carlson & Co. for $33 million. Stephen Batcheller of CB Richard Ellis’ Anaheim office as well as Darla J. Longo, Rick McGeagh and Barbara Emmons of CB Richard Ellis represented both parties.
Allen Fainberg & Arnold Feverstein purchased a 3.94-acre site in Costa Mesa from C.J. Segerstrom for $4.1 million. Joe Faris and David Lee of Faris Lee Investments represented Allen Fainberg. Carlos Lopez of Faris Lee Investments represented C.J. Segerstrom.
TMX, a division of Thyssen Inc., bought a 21,660-square-foot building at 2143 Standard Ave. in Santa Ana for $1.5 million. Jim Snyder and Greg Velastegui of Lee & Associates represented TMX. Jason Shepard and Terry Knapper of CB Richard Ellis represented the seller.
Hart Advisors bought two buildings at 1600 and 1650 N. Kraemer Blvd. in Anaheim from Proficiency Capital for $18 million. Louis Tomaselli and Mitch Zehner of Voit Commercial represented both parties.
Abbey Co., Garden Grove purchased the 51,844-square-foot Fresno Airport Commerce Center from a Los Angeles-based investment group for $2.5 million, and an 117,847-square-foot office complex in Bakersfield from West Brook Partners for $7.5 million.
IKEA purchased the 80-acre Tejon Industrial Complex in Kern County from Tejon Ranch Co. The transaction was estimated at more than $50 million. Tony Beatty of NAI-BT Commercial Real Estate and Eric Powers of NAI Capital Commercial represented IKEA. Colliers Seeley Co. represented Tejon Ranch Co.

DMK, a Tustin-based construction firm, is completing a $2.5 million high-tech expansion project for Celestica in Foothill Ranch. The construction began on the 68,000-square-foot warehouse tenant-improvement project in August. It is designed by Jeff Coffman and Associates of Fullerton.
Irvine-based Snyder Langston completed a 320,000-square-foot retail center in Rancho Santa Margarita for K & G; Equities LLC and its partner, Regency Realty Corp. The project was valued at $15 million.
R.D. Olson Construction, Irvine completed the first phase of the Marriott Vacation Club in Palm Desert. The project was valued at $7 million.
