Genera Corp. purchased a 35,190-square-foot flex building from Hamilton Co. for $4.6 million at 2800 Saturn St. in Brea. Sanne Lee of A+ Realty & Mortgage represented the buyer. Ron Heim, Sean Kern and Ryan Russell of Cushman & Wakefield Inc. represented the seller.
Nhan Hoa Clinic paid $2.4 million to William and Ruth Grace for an 11,429-square-foot office building at 7761 Garden Grove Blvd. in Garden Grove. David Chaule of Union Pacific Realty represented the buyer. Phil Fridd and John Sun of Lee & Associates-Orange Inc. represented the seller.
