Newport Beach-based Olen Properties Corp. paid $25 million to Cendant Corp. for the two-building, 133,726-square-foot Cendant Corporate Center at 27261 to 27271 Las Ramblas in Mission Viejo. Tom Olson of Coldwell Banker Commercial represented Cendant, which owns Coldwell Banker. Adam Wicker and Scott Johnstone of Grubb & Ellis Co. represented Olen Properties.
The Zapara Family Trust paid $13.3 million to Steadfast Kelvin LLC for a 123,414-square-foot industrial building at 2801 Kelvin in Irvine. Dave Whitney, John Matus and Christine Bowen of Lee & Associates Commercial Real Estate Services Inc. represented both parties.
4350 Von Karman LLC paid $13 million to LNR Property Corp. for a 68,435-square-foot office building at 4350 Von Karman Ave. in Newport Beach. George Economos and Steve Economos of NAI Capital Commercial Real Estate represented both parties.
Chandler Real Properties paid $3.75 million to The Olsen Family Trust for the Trenton Business Park at 1150 W. Trenton St. in Orange. The two-building office complex totals 8,000 square feet. Chris Migliori of DAUM Commercial Real Estate Services represented the seller. Jim Snyder of Lee & Associates represented the buyers.
The Mike Ferry Organization paid Tioga Properties LLC $3.5 million for a 17,790-square-foot office building at 1100 Main St. in Irvine. The buyer is relocating from within Irvine. Lynn Dort of Dort Commercial Real Estate represented Tioga. Ralph Simmonds of Simmonds Realty Group represented the buyer.
Irvine accounting firm Cornerstone Partners LLC paid $2.3 million to Corporate Centre LLC for the 97,000-square-foot Jeffrey Corporate Centre office project at 5400 Trabuco Road in Irvine. Kaye-T Wing and Daniel Mudge of Lee & Associates represented the seller. Travis Boyd and Rick Sherburne of CB Richard Ellis Inc. represented Cornerstone.
Sports products maker Getz Corp. paid $1.7 million to The Evans Family Trust of Orange for a 19,160-square-foot industrial building at 539 W. Walnut in Orange. Troy Williams and Jim Cunningham of Grubb & Ellis represented Evans Family Trust. Andy Friedman of Industrial Properties represented Getz.
Hui Dae Lee and Boksoon Lee paid $1.3 million to Ross Pignato for a 12,000-square-foot industrial building at 15831 Chemical Lane in Huntington Beach. David Cox and Chris Rim of Ashwill Associates Inc. represented the buyer. Jetson Realty represented the seller.
SNT Investment Holdings LLC paid $1.2 million to the Hunsaker Family Trust for a 12,830-square-foot industrial building at 1271 to 1273 N. Blue Gum St. in Anaheim, Dave Hunsaker and Charles Noble of Lee & Associates represented the seller. Frank Mejia of Lee & Associates and Paul Fisher of NAI Capital Commercial Real Estate represented SNT Investment.
Michael and Kathleen Kramer paid $1 million to BWCH Inc. for a 7,588-square-foot office building at 5911 Heil Ave. in Huntington Beach. Allen Buchanan of Lee & Associates represented the buyers. Sean Hashem of Southpark Group represented the seller.
Lake Forest-based Industrial Motions paid $1 million to Brandit Retail Systems for a 6,600-square-foot industrial building at 23136 Arroyo Vista in Rancho Santa Margarita.
