REIT RJM Holdings paid $4 million to Warner Village Venture LLC for a 32,272-square-foot complex at 10900 Warner Ave. in Fountain Valley. Mike Ahern of MW Associates represented the buyer. Rob Mitchell and Mike Hefner of Voit Commercial Brokerage represented the seller.
A private investor paid $3.2 million to Jonathan Enterprises for the 24,443-square-foot Wurth & Co. building in Orange. Mike Austin of Sperry Van Ness represented the buyer. Chris Latta of Lee & Associates Commercial Real Estate Services Co. represented the seller.
A private investor paid $2.6 million to a private family trust for the 19-unit apartment building at 1481 Placentia Ave. Steve Heri and Cara Weichman of CB Richard Ellis Services Inc. represented the buyer. The seller was represented by Robert Lamour of Prudential California Realty.
Robert Twilegar paid $1.6 million to Art Feirman for a 13,400-square-foot industrial building at 185 Avenida La Pata in San Clemente. Dean Krieger, Jay Mast and Kurt Bruggeman of Lee & Associates represented the buyer.
DayBell Family Trust paid $1.4 million to Amm Properties Ltd. for a 16,645-square-foot-industrial building at 1851 Dawns Way in Fullerton. The building is leased to PIC Industries. Chris Migliori of Daum Commercial Brokerage represented the buyer. Nick Roussos and Jack Faris of Voit Commercial Brokerage represented the seller.
Pain Care Medical Group paid Bank of America $1.4 million for the 6,635-square-foot office building at 15701 Rockfield Blvd. in Irvine. Greg Blake and Doug Owen with Uni-Med Realty Advisors Inc. represented the buyer. John Bosko and Jim Landis with NAI Capital Commercial Real Estate Services Inc. represented the seller.
Patio Outlet paid $2.5 million to Sign-Mart Wholesale Store for a 31,585-square-foot-industrial building at 410 W. Fletcher Ave. in Orange. The outlet company plans to occupy the building. Denny Pender of the Nathan Howard Group Inc. represented the buyer. J.R. Wildermuth of Associated Commercial Brokers represented the seller.
