Wailea Property Partners LLC paid $20 million to Ironwood Plaza LLC for a 58,000-square-foot shopping center at 21480 to 21560 Yorba Linda Blvd. in Yorba Linda. Dennis Vaccaro of Faris Lee Investments represented both parties.
Turner Development Corp. paid $18 million to WLA Investments for the 134,518-square-foot, seven-building Anaheim Hills Corporate Park in Anaheim. Alan Pekarcik, Dan Vittone and Jack Faris of Voit Commercial Brokerage LP represented the seller. Turner Development represented itself.
Urban Realty Partners paid $17.6 million to SS Rainbow LLC for a 53,484-square-foot office building at 3601 Sunflower Ave. in Santa Ana. The building is home to The Art Institute of California-Orange County. The school has 15 years remaining on its lease with 3% yearly rent increases.
