Russ Group paid $8.1 million to Supervalu Inc. for a 55,900-square-foot Albertsons grocery store at 2840 S. Bristol St. in Santa Ana. The building sold for $145 per square foot. The store is part of a 5.3-acre shopping center that includes a Taco Bell, Burger King and small strip center. The buyer and seller represented themselves.
Lisa Farmer and Fred Totah paid $5.5 million to M2 Properties for five office condominiums with industrial space totaling 19,245 square feet at Von Karman Center at 16782 Von Karman Ave. in Irvine. Walter Frome and Bill Livesay of Voit Commercial Brokerage LP represented the seller. Tom Taylor and Gary McArdell of Grubb & Ellis Co. represented the buyers.
Rey and Janis Harju paid $4.3 million to Windstar Group for a 23,904-square-foot industrial building at 1900 and 1904 E. Wright Circle in Anaheim. Mitch Zehner, Louis Tomaselli and Seth Davenport of Voit Commercial Brokerage represented the seller. Henry Hung of Centemac Realty represented the buyers.
John Chang paid $3 million to Fong Family Trust for a 22,214-square-foot industrial building at 16429 Berwyn Road in Cerritos. Cameron Driscoll and Luke McDaniel of Voit Commercial Brokerage represented the seller. Janet Chang represented the buyer.
An undisclosed buyer paid $2.7 million to Pacific Coastal Co. for the eight-unit Lake Street Apartments complex at 733 Lake St. in Huntington Beach. Damien Breaux of Morgan Skendarian Investment Real Estate Group represented the seller. Victoria Strombom of Surterre Properties Inc. represented the buyer.
Veneman Group paid $2.4 million to Chilcote Co. for a 15,900-square-foot warehouse building at 7212 Patterson Drive in Garden Grove. The building sold for $152 per square foot. The buyer plans to use the facility for its furniture design business. Troy Williams and Mark Gleason of Grubb & Ellis represented the seller. Chris Rim of ANS Commercial Real Estate represented the buyer.
Jake Investments LLC paid $1.2 million to an undisclosed seller for a 3,927-square-foot office building at 784 N. Lemon St. in Orange. Frank Mejia and Jeff Gahagan of Lee & Associates Commercial Real Estate Services Inc. represented both parties.
