Colorado’s C & Z; Partners LLC paid $32.3 million to 250 South Reno Street Apartments LLC for the Euclid Plaza shopping center at 601 to 697 N. Euclid St. in Anaheim. The center sold for $245.50 per square foot. The 131,849-square-foot neighborhood center was built in 1961 on 10.5 acres. Tenants include 99 Ranch Market, Wells Fargo and Starbucks. Clark Everitt and Chris Thompson of Investment Real Estate Associates represented both parties.
Newport Beach-based CT Realty Corp. paid $10.6 million to General Electric Co.’s Arden Realty LP for Huntington Commerce Center, a 69,849-square-foot industrial park at 15121 Graham St. and 5455 Oceanus Drive in Huntington Beach. Peter Andrich and Bob Goodmanson of CB Richard Ellis Group Inc. represented both parties.
CT Realty paid $9.8 million to Arden Realty for a 56,284-square-foot office park at 5762 and 5772 Bolsa Ave. in Huntington Beach. Peter Andrich and Bob Goodmanson of CB Richard Ellis represented both parties.
RSM Properties paid $6.9 million to Collins Pasadena Properties for a 33,143-square-foot office building at 2000 E. Fourth St. in Santa Ana. Michael Cirrito of Investors Trust Realty represented the buyer. Steven Economos, George Economos, Geoff DeWolf and Matt Moore of NAI Capital represented the seller.
Irvine-based Ayzar Developments paid $3.6 million to 1506 Brookhollow LLC for a 19,372-square-foot office building at 1506 Brookhollow in Santa Ana. Cyrus Neek of Pacific Real Estate represented the buyer. Louis Tomaselli, Mike Boomer and Mitch Zehner of Voit Commercial Brokerage LP represented the seller.
An undisclosed Mission Viejo buyer paid $3.2 million to an undisclosed seller from Studio City for a 22-unit apartment complex at 224 S. Lyon St. in Santa Ana. Built in 1959, the complex spans two buildings. Monthly rents range from $1,150 to $1,200. Shane Shafer, Mike Casagrande, Brett Bayless and Tyler Bengard of Irvine-based Sperry Van Ness represented both parties.
Orange-based Sepulveda Builders paid $1.9 million to Craig Rager for a 2,200-square-foot duplex at 1721 W. Balboa Blvd. in Newport Beach. Marshall Rice of RE Settlement Corp. represented both parties.
D’Alessio Family Trust of Marina del Ray paid $1.5 million to Lido Equities Group LLC for a nine-unit apartment complex at 1960 Wallace Ave. in Costa Mesa. Grant Hahn of Morgan Skenderian Investment Real Estate Group represented both parties.
T3 Motion Inc., an Irvine-based seller of electric vehicles, leased 33,520 square feet of industrial space at 2990 Airway Ave. in Costa Mesa. The five-year deal is valued at $1.4 million. Dave Desper and Nick Spatafore of CB Richard Ellis represented landlord Land Associates Trust.
