Dental products company Dentech International Inc. paid $6.3 million to Corona del Mar’s Strata Land Co. for a 20,676-square-foot building at 3590 Harbor Gateway in Costa Mesa. Ross Bourne of CB Richard Ellis Group Inc. represented the buyer. Steve Schloemer of Colliers International and broker Gordon Henry represented the seller.

Cerritos-based Chiao Trust paid $4.6 million to William J. Thompson Revocable Family Trust for a 32,882-square-foot manufacturing building at 6600 Artesia Blvd. in Buena Park. The building sold for $140 per square foot. The buyer intends to occupy the building. Paul Caputo of Voit Commercial Brokerage LP represented the buyer. Rooney Daschbach and Rusty Smith of Cushman & Wakefield Inc. represented the seller.

TSK Property Management paid $2.9 million to Rick and Linda Plott for a 19,374-square-foot industrial building at 1426 N. Burton Place in Anaheim. Jeff Turek of Remax Commercial represented the buyer. Greg Johnson of Ashwill Associates Commercial Real Estate Services Co. represented the seller.

Tri Arch Investments Inc. paid $1.5 million to KPM Spectrum LP for two office condominiums totaling 4,188 square feet at Koll Center 2 in Irvine. Eileen Schuler of Schuler Commercial Real Estate represented the buyer. Travis Haining, Michael Hartel, Kevin Turner and Joe Winkelmann of Colliers International represented the seller.

Francis Ohshita and spouse paid $447,330 to NMP WA LLC for a 1,443-square-foot medical condominium at 408 S. Beach Blvd. in Anaheim. Judy Belland and Robert Kehiayan of Investment R/E Source Inc. represented both parties.

Select University Technologies Inc. leased 18,978 square feet of office space at 4340 Von Karman Ave. in Irvine. The 3.3-year deal is valued at $1.2 million. Ross Bourne of CB Richard Ellis represented Select University. Lonnie Riddle of Grubb & Ellis Co. represented the landlord Conexant Systems Inc. of Newport Beach.

Best Buy Co.’s Pacific Sales Kitchen & Bath Centers leased a 26,380-square-foot building at 15272 Bolsa Chica Ave. in Huntington Beach. The deal is valued at $1.3 million. Bob Goodmanson of CB Richard Ellis represented landlord California Warehousing.
