Samson Motorcycle Parts Inc. acquired a 62,820-square-foot industrial building at 3818 E. Coronado in Anaheim from Sherwin-Williams Co. for $4.3 million. Frank Mejia of Lee & Associates represented Samson. Rob Socci and Michael Hefner of Voit Commercial Brokerage’s Anaheim Metro office represented Sherwin-Williams.

P.J. Livingston & Co. purchased the 94,099-square-foot Redhill Technology Center at 2850 Redhill Ave. in Irvine from Lennar and Werdin for $17 million. John Kuhl of John Kuhl and Associates represented P.J. Livingston & Co. Robert Smith, Michael Kane, David Desper and Bob Davis of CB Richard Ellis represented Lennar and Werdin.

Joe La Russo and William Barnridge purchased an 8,135-square-foot building at 1863 N. Case St. in Orange from Peter Shea for $0.7 million. Ian Britton, Bob Goodmanson, Brian DeRevere and Brad Bierbaum of CB Richard Ellis’ Anaheim office represented Shea.

Tidelands Inc. bought a 21,000-square-foot, multi-tenant medical office building at 24953 Paseo de Valencia, Building C, in Laguna Hills from Laguna Hills Medical Art Center for $3 million. Bob Clippinger of Providence Realty Group represented Tidelands. Meanwhile, Charles Long Trust acquired the 24,000-square-foot Building B from the center for $3.8 million. Bob Sacks of Sperry Van Ness represented the trust. J.Kyle Julian of Re/Max Metro Commercial represented the center in both deals.

Tristar Manufacturing leased 15,000 square feet at 2205 S. Standard in Santa Ana from Howard Chastain. The five-year contract was valued at $0.6 million. Buckingham Family Trust and Dennis DeMeis of Southwest Commercial represented Tristar. Dave Desper and Barry Knudson of CB Richard Ellis’ Newport Beach office represented Chastain.

The Dayle McIntosh Center for the Disabled leased a 20,460-square-foot office building at 13272 Garden Grove Blvd. in Garden Grove from Kellogg Living Trust. The seven-year lease was valued at $1.5 million. Jon Swallow of Grubb & Ellis’ Anaheim office represented Dayle McIntosh Center. Chip Dever of Colliers Seeley represented the trust.

The Winn and Sims law firm leased a 4,470-square-foot office space in The Chapman Building at 110 E. Wilshire Ave. in Fullerton from Aquitech Inc. The five-year contract was valued at $0.4 million. Jon Swallow of Grubb & Ellis’ Anaheim office represented Winn and Sims. Sheila Crisostomo of BH Properties represented Aquitech.

Bristol-Myers Squibb Co. leased a 10,400-square-foot office space at Aliso Viejo Town Center Corporate Park at 26880 Laguna Hills Drive in Aliso Viejo from Shea Properties for $1 million. Gary Allen of Grubb & Ellis represented both parties.

The Department of Motor Vehicles renewed its lease for 8,854 square feet at Von Karman Corporate Center in Irvine from Arden Realty Inc. The 6-year contract was valued at $2 million. Andy Batcheller of Arden represented both parties.

Newport Beach-based Master Development Corp. leased the final phase of Thoroughbred Business Park in Ontario. Michael Chavez and Bill Heim of Lee & Associates’ Ontario office brokered the transaction.

Computer Education Institute leased 25,000 square feet at Pacific Corporate Park at 25361 and 26381 Commercentre Drive in Lake Forest from Davis Partners. The seven-year lease was valued at $3.2 million. In addition, In Touch Communications leased 9,269 square feet at 25371 Commercentre from Davis Partners. The five-year contract was valued at $0.9 million. Ali Asgari of Century 21 Automated represented CEI. Jeff Diltz of Voit represented In Touch. Scott Garmon and Mark McAdams of Cushman & Wakefield’s Irvine office represented Davis Partners.

Autometric Inc. renewed its lease for 6,690 square feet at Centerpointe La Palma at One Centerpointe Drive in La Palma from Arden Realty Inc. Mike Latham of Arden represented both parties. The three-year contract was valued at $0.4 million.


OTHER

GAA Architects, Newport Beach, received a contract to design a 17.7-acre industrial park in Vista from Trammel Crow Co. In addition, Buena Vista Business Center, designed by GAA Architects, broke ground in Irwindale. The two-phase, 310,000-square-foot project will feature eight industrial buildings.

Irvine-based R.D. Olson Construction completed the four-story, 144-unit Marriott TownePlace Suites in Hawthorne. The 96,000-square-foot project was valued at $7.1 million.
