Aynem Investments LP paid $10.5 million to W-Warner Gardens LLC for a 56-unit apartment building at 8202 Warner Ave. in Huntington Beach. Ken Morgan, Jay Skenderian and Grant Hahn of Morgan Skenderian Investment Real Estate Group represented both parties.
Rowland Heights Shopping Mall paid $6.2 million to Costa Mesa-based Donahue Schriber Realty Group Inc. for the 23,100-square-foot McComber Shopping Center at Beach Boulevard and Malvern Avenue in Buena Park. Bob Bonanami of CB Richard Ellis Group Inc. represented the buyer. David Lee, Richard Walter and Donald MacLellan of Faris Lee Investments represented the seller.
RJ Realty Investors paid $5.5 million to Irvine-based investor and developer Dolphinshire LP for a 32,701-square-foot office building at 24800 Chrisanta in Irvine. Jeff Hanson and Ryan Gallagher of Grubb & Ellis Co. represented the buyer. Dick Silva, Mike Meisenbach and Brian Garbutt of Lee & Associates Commercial Real Estate Services Inc. represented the seller.
Peters/Jones/Sandberg paid $4.8 million to Howard and Elaine Davis for a 24-unit apartment building at 3582 to 3602 Green Ave. in Los Alamitos. Tony DeSmet of Sun Realty represented the buyer. Ken Morgan and Jay Skenderian of Morgan Skenderian represented the seller.
Marshall E. Reddick paid $4.2 million to Chester Family Trust for a 21,480-square-foot office building at 17199 Gillette in Irvine. Patrick Cordova of Cordova Realty represented the buyer. Ray McFarland of JetsonProperties.com represented the seller.
Florence Abdul Hafiz paid $2.9 million to Twight Family Trust for a 28,000-square-foot industrial building at 4 Mason in Irvine. Dave Ryan of Collins Commercial Corp. represented Hafiz. Sam Olmstead of Voit Commercial Brokerage LP represented the seller.
CI Design Inc., a maker of computer enclosure cases, paid $2.5 million to The Irvine Company for a two-acre parcel of land at Odyssey and Irvine Center Drive in the Irvine Spectrum. The company is moving its headquarters from Anaheim. Bill Garrett of Lee & Associates represented the buyer. Kevin Turner of Colliers Seeley International Inc. represented the seller.
Spencer Croul and Richard Henderson paid $2.4 million to Carnegie Construction Co. for two 8,000-square-foot industrial buildings at 100 Calle Iglesia in San Clemente. Jeff Sangster of Sangster Real Estate and Ed Stice of Assist to Sell represented the buyers. Jon Marchiorlatti, Chris Bates, David Bolt and Cameran Lindee of CB Richard Ellis represented the seller.
Wave Imaging Corp., a provider of document imaging and other software and services, paid $2 million to Brenexus for a 7,700-square-foot office building at 8805 Research Drive in Irvine. The company is moving from Santa Ana. Joe Winkelmann of Colliers Seeley represented the buyer. Brenexus, a venture of Steven Bren and Santa Ana’s The Nexus Cos., represented itself.
Jeanette Jizhak Trust paid $1.8 million to Mario Haber for a 10,194-square-foot industrial building at 27061 Burbank in Foothill Ranch. Mark Jerue and Craig Fitterer of Lee & Associates represented the buyer. Terry O’Shea of O’Shea and Associates represented the seller.
Kenneth Riley Trust paid $1.4 million to 37 Brookline LLC for a 5,640-square-foot industrial building at 37 Brookline in Aliso Viejo. Phillip Greenberg of Corona del Mar Properties represented the buyer. Christine Bowen and John Matus of Lee & Associates represented the seller.
MMD Components Inc., a seller of oscillators used in telecommunications and global positioning devices, paid $1.2 million to Severson & Smith for a 9,536-square-foot industrial building at 30400 Esperanza in Rancho Santa Margarita. The company recently moved from Santa Ana. Sam Olmstead of Voit represented the buyer. Tom Gilmer, Mike Baker and Guy LaFerrara of Lee & Associates represented the seller.
LEASES
Brea-based Louis & Co., a supplier of household hinges, fasteners and other products that’s part of Germany’s W & #252;rth Group, leased 115,494 square feet of industrial space at 895 Columbia St. in Brea. The terms of the transaction weren’t disclosed. Ben Seybold of CB Richard Ellis represented the tenant. Doug Himes of Lee & Associates represented landlord Louis Investment Co.
SCP Pool Corp., a distributor of pool supplies and gear, leased 25,520 square feet of warehouse space at 245 W. Baywood Ave. in Orange. The five-year deal is valued at about $800,000. Shawn Kelter of Grubb & Ellis represented the tenant. Kelter also represented landlord Frodsham Investment Co.
Metropolitan Life Insurance Co. leased 18,215 square feet of office space at 1 Park Plaza in Irvine. The five-year deal is valued at $2.3 million. Gary McArdell and Lonnie Riddle of Grubb & Ellis represented Metropolitan Life. Jeff Shaw of landlord The Irvine Co. represented his company.
