Irvine-based PriceSpider, a software service provider for brand manufacturers, has acquired Hatch, a Dutch software-as-a-service company that helps brands drive sales by making products “shoppable.”
Financial details were not disclosed.
The addition furthers PriceSpider’s comprehensive global presence for commerce enablement.
“Together PriceSpider and Hatch will help brands better understand consumer buying patterns to optimize digital touchpoints globally,” PriceSpider said in a statement today.
PriceSpider now serves over 90 countries globally with a total retailer network of 32,000.
