Toyo Tire Corp. hired Michael Shin as project manager of events. Shin will specialize in the import lifestyle segment by supporting drifting, drag racing and sport compact related shows. He has been involved in the automotive industry for five years.
ARCHITECTURE
Thomas P. Cox Architects Inc. promoted Tim Mustard to associate at its Irvine office. Mustard is a project manager for the company and oversees all apartment projects being developed by The Irvine Company’s Irvine Apartment Communities.
ARTS
Cheryl Richard was named development and membership manager of Bowers Museum. Richard will be responsible for growing museum membership and serving its more than 5,000 members. She also is president and a founding member of the Orange County Bead Society, a Bowers Museum affiliate group.
BANKING
Wells Fargo & Co. named My-Ngoc Al-lred district manager for the North Foothill district. Allred joined Wells Fargo in 1992 as a teller. She recently worked as branch manager at the Orange County Airport branch in Newport Beach.
EDUCATION
Steve Quattrociocchi was hired as president of Corinthian Colleges Inc.’s online unit. He previously worked for Princeton Review as executive vice president of the company’s test preparation services division.

Anaheim Arena Management LLC, manager of Anaheim’s Honda Center, hired Benjamin Tomas as public safety officer and promoted Steve Ruebusch to maintenance technician. Ashley Hurdle was hired as inside sales representative by Anaheim Arena Management and the Anaheim Ducks.
HOTELS
The St. Regis Resort, Monarch Beach, hired Scott Blakeslee as director of sales and marketing. Blakeslee has more than 17 years of hotel management experience and will oversee sales and marketing efforts for the hotel.

Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP partner Craig Barbarosh was named to the board of Octane, a nonprofit that seeks to boost technology in Orange County and is backed by medical and tech companies.
The Wellness Community,Orange County named Larry Geselowitz treasurer. Geselowitz is director of audit and accounting services with HBLA Certified Public Accountants Inc.

Cushman & Wakefield Inc. hired Elizabeth A. Hurley as senior director at its Irvine office. Hurley was previously a senior vice president with Trammell Crow Co.

Mike Miller was hired as director of sales at the Santa Ana office of Telekenex Inc. Miller has more than 10 years of sales experience with telecommunications companies and is responsible for expansion of the Southern California market.
Jason Childs was named vice president of sales at StacoSwitch Inc. in Costa Mesa. Childs has more than 15 years of experience. He recently worked as regional sales director at Qwest Communica-tions Inc.
WiSpry Inc. named Joseph Adam vice president of operations. Adam has more than 20 years of experience. Prior to joining WiSpry, Adam was vice president of external manufacturing for Skyworks Solutions Inc.
U.S. Technology Resources LLC of Aliso Viejo named Scott Hartz to its strategic advisory board. Hartz retired as chief executive of PricewaterhouseCoopers Consulting in 2002.
