Nancy Warzer-Brady was promoted to director of education and community programs of the Orange County Performing Arts Center. She formerly was assistant director. Troy Botello retired as director after 15 years with the center.
BANKING
San Francisco-based Wells Fargo & Co. named John Bonacci III as private banker at the Quail Hill branch in Irvine. Bonacci joined the bank in 2002.
ENVIRONMENT
Mark Olver was promoted to market area sales manager from district manager of Waste Management Inc. in Santa Ana. Sarah Huoh was added as market area public relations manager at the company for the San Diego and Orange counties.
FINANCE
Bart Greenberg, partner at the Costa Mesa office of Manatt, Phelps & Phillips LLP, was elected chairman at Tustin-based Tech Coast Venture Network, replacing Patrick O. McCormick. The group assists and and connects early-stage growth companies with information and advisers to help them raise money.
LAW
Maria Harrington was made partner at Harrington & Kang LLP in Newport Beach. Harrington formerly was the senior litigation associate at White & Case LLP in Los Angeles.
James Shnell joined Jackson, DeMarco, Tidus, Peckenpaugh as shareholder at its Irvine headquarters. Shnell, a transactional attorney, previously was with Preston, Gates & Ellis LLP.
MARKETING
Hayes Martin Associates Inc., a marketing, advertising and public relations agency with headquarters in Newport Beach, promoted Jayne Bradley to account supervisor. Bradley joined the company in 2002.
Rosio Salcedo was hired as administrative assistant at Newport Beach-based Peterson Group. Salcedo formerly was a secretary at Surtida Law Office Inc. in Santa Ana.
NONPROFIT
YMCA of Orange County appointed Lori Bell to its board. Bell is the regional marketing manager of First Bank’s Orange County Commercial Banking Group. She has served as a member of the YMCA of West Orange County for more than a decade.
Orange County United Way added Tyler J. Spring as chief administrative officer and named Rosemary Turner as campaign chair. Turner is vice president of United Parcel Service Inc.’s Southern California district.
Marvin J. Gomez, Randy J. Morse and Catherine E. Solomon were named to the board of Santa Ana’s Volunteer Center Orange County, which recruits and places volunteers with nonprofits. Gomez is chief executive and managing partner for TRSN Consulting. Morse is vice president, planning and guidance specialist for Fidelity Investments. Solomon is vice president with VisionLink Compensation Group.
REAL ESTATE
Santa Ana-based T.D. Service Financial Corp. appointed Keith Barnes as national sales manager and senior vice president. Barnes formerly was national sales representative of Old Republic Title in Alameda.
Ren & #233; Decker was promoted to senior vice president of community management at Lake Forest-based Professional Community Management, which manages apartment properties. Decker has more than 15 years of experience with the company and has received the California Association of Community Managers’ Leadership and Circle awards.
Tom Grant was named principal at Lee & Associates Commercial Real Estate Services Inc.’s Orange office. Grant joined the company in 2004 and was the company’s top sales associate.
Michael Lucariello was promoted to area construction manager for the Orange County/Riverside division at the Irvine office of Bloomfield Hills, Mich.-based Pulte Homes Inc.
Keystone Pacific Property Management Inc. hired Mike McAllister as director of forward planning at its Irvine headquarters. McAllister previously was vice president of real estate budget services’ department for Stewart Title of California in San Diego.
Lori Kramer Reznick was hired as underwriter and counsel of the national commercial services division at the Santa Ana headquarters of First American Title Insurance Co., a unit of First American Corp. Reznick has experience in both private practice and in the title industry.
Aliso Viejo-based Shea Properties, a unit of J.F. Shea Co., named Jon P. Stephani to the newly-created position of retail construction director. Stephani most recently served as construction project manager at Home Depot Inc.
A. Martin Stradtman, vice president at the Newport Beach office of Grubb & Ellis Co., was appointed to the board of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties starting Jan. 1. Stradtman has been a member of the group since he founded the Orange County chapter in 1979.
The Vanguard Cos. named Doug Wubbena as senior vice president of Vanguard Commercial Properties in Fullerton. Wubbena has two decades of experience in commercial real estate.
