Craig Kleber joined Young & Rubicam Brands in Irvine as senior vice president, director of integrated insights. Kleber comes from Dailey & Associates in Los Angeles, where he was senior vice president and director of account planning.

Henderson, Nev.-based Perlman Architects Inc. hired Melissa Mickle as business development professional for the company’s Newport Beach office. Mickle will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, representing Perlman to professional, community and trade organizations, and developing and maintaining client relations.

Donald E. Sodaro was re-elected chairman of the Orange County Business Committee for the Arts in Costa Mesa. Sodaro is chairman of Newport Beach-based Hanford Hotels Inc. William H. Lane, Jr., managing director of the Trammell Crow Co., was elected vice chairman of the executive committee.
BANKING
Fred C. Helms joined Tustin-based Sunwest Bank as senior vice president and regional manager. Helms brings more than 20 years of experience in commercial lending, cash management and treasury operations to Sunwest.
Deutsche Bank AG’s Private Wealth Manage-ment unit appointed Craig W. Wells as a director and wealth advisor for its Costa Mesa office. Wells comes to Deutsche Bank from JP Morgan Chase & Co.’s Private Bank division, where he was a team leader and senior relationship manager in Los Angeles and Newport Beach for nearly 14 years.
DINING
Lisa Jordan was appointed group sales manager for Thaifoon, Taste of Asia. Jordan will develop the private party business for Thaifoon restaurants at the Irvine Spectrum and Fashion Island in Newport Beach.
ENVIRONMENT
Greg Simmons joined Earth Systems South-west, a provider of geotechnical, environmental and materials testing consulting services in San Juan Capistrano, as project engineer.
HEALTHCARE
Irvine-based SK & A; Information Services Inc., which provides healthcare-related lists and databases, named Susan McNamara vice president of its reseller division. McNamara joined the company as an account manager in 1996 and will work out of its New York office.
MANUFACTURING
James Hardie Inc., a Mission Viejo-based maker of fiber cement construction products, named Rodney Moses head of its staffing and recruiting team. Moses previously was the general manager of recruitment and staffing for the Chicago Transit Authority.
REAL ESTATE
Aliso Viejo’s Shea Properties, a unit of Walnut-based J.F. Shea Co., appointed William J. Tipton as vice president of acquisitions. Tipton most recently served as vice president with M & H; Realty Partners, a San Francisco-based owner and investor of retail properties.
TECHNOLOGY
Acquity Group, a Chicago-based provider of content management services, appointed Mike Wokosin to the position of account manager at its Irvine office. Prior to joining Acquity, Wokosin was with Warner Bros. Entertainment Inc.’s Warner Home Video unit as executive director, worldwide interactive marketing.
