AGI General Contracting named Jackie L. Buck vice president of finance and administration. Buck is a certified construction industry financial professional with 28 years of experience.

Boston-based Suffolk Construction Co. hired Dave Cavecche as general manager and Sam Laham and Ali Fadavi as operations managers of the company’s West Coast

division in Irvine.


EDUCATION

Rancho Santiago Community College District hired Martin Stringer as associate dean of exercise science at Santiago Canyon Col-lege in Orange. Stringer has more than 20 years of experience in athletics and education.


EMPLOYMENT

Ken Tudhope joined Irvine-based Project Professionals Search Group LLC as managing director. Tudhope will oversee sales and marketing.

Irvine-based Decision Toolbox hired Jeff Bloch as vice president of business development. Bloch has more than 25 years of experience in human resources staffing and the technology industry.


HEALTHCARE

Costa Mesa-based Windstone Behavioral Health named Randy Schwartz chief executive. Schwartz has more than 20 years of experience in the delivery and financing of healthcare services.


LAW

Latham & Watkins LLP named David Allen and Christopher H. Norton partners in the Costa Mesa office. Allen is a member of the corporate department. Norton is a member of the environment, land and resources department.

Dorsey & Whitney LLP named Juan C. Basombrio partner-in-charge at the Irvine office. Basombrio is a member of the global legal team and a partner in the trial department.

Amy Pope joined Manly & Stewart Lawyers in its Newport Beach office. Pope has more than 10 years of experience in felony and sex crimes prosecution in the district attorney’s office.


MEDIA & MARKETING

Pacific Communications, part of Irvine drug maker Allergan Inc., named Katherine Cundiff account group supervisor and promoted Chris Keef to creative director.


NONPROFIT

Orangewood Children’s Foundation named Jeff Roos, Christyne Sutton Olson, Frank Suryan and Carol Wilken to its board.


REAL ESTATE

James Wynne has joined the Newport Beach office of Grubb & Ellis Co. as vice president. Wynne specializes in the leasing and selling of high-rise, mid-rise and investment buildings.

Irvine-based Keystone Pacific Property Man-agement Inc. promoted Jeremy Pipp to district manager and Shana Aaberg to community association manager. Pipp previously was group coordinator. Aaberg previously was architectural coordinator for Irvine’s Shady Canyon.

Ewan Choate joined Irvine-based Zuvich Corporate Advisors Inc. as a broker. Choate specializes in landlord representation and re-development.

Irvine-based Bixby Land Co. named William A. Welch vice president of marketing and leasing. Welch previously was senior vice president and regional manager for commercial brokerage Colliers International.

John Hacker joined San Juan Capistrano-based Mammoth Equit-ies LLC as a leasing agent. Hacker will be responsible for leasing Mammoth’s new office building in Corona.


TECHNOLOGY

Aliso Viejo-based storage device maker SiliconSystems Inc. promoted David Beasley to vice president of sales and Alan Kan to vice president of engineering. Beasley previously worked in sales and marketing at SanDisk Corp. Kan previously was SiliconSystems’ director of engineering.
