ACCOUNTING

David Krajanowski was appointed managing partner at Los Angeles-based Singer Lewak Greenbaum and Goldstein LLP. Krajanowski, who was co-managing partner and director of the Orange County office, has been with the firm since 1975 and takes over for Harvey Goldstein, who was managing partner for 30 years. Goldstein will continue to serve as chairman and as a member of the executive committee.

BANKING

Santa Ana Federal Credit Union hired Jojo Seva as vice president of information services. Seva previously was senior consultant at Samaha and Associates and manager of computer operations at Orange County Teachers Federal Credit Union. Santa Ana Federal also made two promotions: Ana Sims was promoted to lending manager and Marisa Martinez to operations manager. Both have been with the credit union for a number of years.

Wells Fargo & Co. appointed John Nguyen as business deposit consultant in Orange County, where he will focus on the Vietnamese market. Nguyen formerly was a business account exec-utive in communications.

Jeffrey Redeker was promoted to vice president and manager of the SBA lending division of Rancho Santa Margarita-based South County Bank. Redeker has more than 11 years of commercial banking experience.

CONSTRUCTION

Ross Gorgone was named director of operations at Irvine-based JD Pierce Co. Gorgone comes from Fiesta Development Co. and served as a professional in the industry for more than two decades.

EMPLOYMENT

Greg Palmer, chief executive of Aliso Viejo-based RemedyTemp Inc., was re-elected to the American Staffing Association board at the trade group’s annual meeting last month. Palmer, who’s headed RemedyTemp since 2001, has served on the association’s board since late 2002.

HEALTHCARE

Orange-based Western Dental Services Inc. appointed Anthony “Tony” Roxstrom vice president of real estate and facilities. Roxstrom previously was chief operating officer of a large real estate investment company after having served in property management and as senior auditor and financial analyst with other firms.

INSURANCE

Brea-based Xdimensional Technologies Inc. named Michael Walther as chief executive officer and chairman. Walther formerly was chief executive at Centor Software Corp.

MANAGEMENT CONSULTING

Joe Tait returned to EMA Inc., a management and technology consultant based in St. Paul, Minn., to serve at the company’s newly opened Mission Viejo location. Tait was appointed executive vice president for the West region after most recently serving as chief operating officer of the Metropolitan Water District of Southern California.

REAL ESTATE

Western National Realty Advisors, the development, acquisition and financing arm of Irvine-based Western National Group, hired Todd Funk as director of development. Funk comes from Shea Homes Southern California, part of Walnut-based J.F. Shea Co., where he was community development manager.

Laguna Niguel-based Birtcher Anderson Properties Inc. made three senior-level executive changes. Toni Wilson Killeen was hired as vice president and director of property management. Killeen previously held the same title at J.H. Snyder Co. Jeffrey W. Eales was promoted to vice president of asset management and leasing. Eales has been with the company for more than six years. Kathryn Leigh was promoted to regional property manager at Laguna Niguel after more than a decade of experience with the company, most recently as senior property manager for The Plaza-Huntington Beach.

Patrick B. Strader joined Irvine-based Starpointe Ventures as vice president. Strader previously was an attorney with the Law Offices of Clifford and Brown.
