Yehia Dajani was named private banker for Wells Fargo & Co. in Laguna Beach. Dajani previously was a premier banker for Wells Fargo in Irvine. His duties will include managing invest-ments for clients.
CONSTRUCTION
JE Dunn Construction Co. named Mark Heit assistant vice president and Aaron Bloom-quist project manager. It also hired Stephan Pan as a senior estimator. Heit has worked
for the company for 16 years and Bloomquist has been with it for 10. Pan most recently worked as an estimator for Suffolk Construction Co.
EDUCATION
Richard DeBeikes Jr. was elected to a five-year term on the Board of Trustees of the University of Southern California. He is the president of Irvine-based DeBeikes Invest-ment Co., which specializes in reuse or infill developments in Orange County. DeBeikes is a USC alumnus and previously served as president of the USC Alumni Association Board of Governors.
ENGINEERING
Tait Environmental Services Inc. promoted Gary Baker to national sales manager in its Anaheim office. Baker has worked for Tait since 2007 as a business development manager. His responsibilities will include nationwide business development.
HEALTHCARE
The Memorial Heart & Vascular Institute at Long Beach Memorial Medical Center named Jagat Narula medical director. He also will continue as chief of the cardiology division at University of California, Irvine School of Medicine and will work to create a partnership between Long Beach Memorial and UC Irvine.
LAW
Jeffer Mangels Butler & Marmaro LLP added three lawyers in its Costa Mesa office. Mark Adams will be a partner and specializes in contracts, products liability corporate and partner disputes and employment litigation. Eudeen Chang and Monica Vu will be senior associates. All three previously worked at Greenberg Traurig LLP.
NONPROFIT
The Down Syndrome Association of Orange County appointed Brenda Deeley, Ira Lott and Stephanie Ontiveros to serve on its board. Deeley is the senior vice president at Porter Novelli in Irvine. Lott is the chief of pediatric neurology at the UCI School of Medicine. Ontiveros is a teacher at Oxford Academy in Cypress.
The Orange County chapter of the Associa-tion for Corporate Growth elected Lloyd Miller as its president. Miller is the western region director of business development for CBIZ and Mayer Hoffman McCann PC.
John Gonzalez has joined the board of the Alzheimer’s Family Service Center. He owns Gonzalez CPA, based in Irvine. Gonzalez previously served on the boards for the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals and the YMCA.

Morgan Marketing & Public Relations LLC promoted Ann Moreno to senior account executive. Moreno will be a day-to-day client contact and will work on campaigns for various clients, including Panda Restaurant Group Inc. and King’s Hawaiian Bakery West Inc.

Daniel Culler joined Irvine-based Real Es-tate Disposition Corp. as chief operating officer. Culler previously was vice president of asset management and dispositions for CT Realty Corp. in Newport Beach. He will oversee the new commercial real estate division at REDC.
RESTAURANTS
Lowell Petrie has joined Real Mex Restaurants Inc. as senior vice president and chief marketing officer. He will oversee brand positioning and marketing for all of the company’s chains, including El Torito Grill, Chevy’s Fresh Mex and Acapulco. Petrie most recently was the head of marketing for Daphne’s Greek Cafe.
TECHNOLOGY
ICF International Inc. promoted Charles Smith to regional leader for southern California operations. Smith previously worked as the Irvine branch leader for the technology consulting company, which specializes in environmental planning, infrastructure, transportation, energy and climate change.
Jay Kramer joined Sepaton Inc. as vice president of worldwide marketing. Kramer will be responsible for brand development, product marketing promotions and public relations for the disk-based data protection company. He previously worked at iStor Networks Inc. as vice president of marketing.
