Manufacturers Bank appointed Laree E. Lopez assistant vice president and branch manager of its Newport Beach office. The 37-year industry veteran comes to Manufactures Bank from National Cash Processors Inc.
Sally Doherty was named mortgage consultant in the residential lending division for Union Bank of California. Doherty was previously a branch manager with Ryland Mortgage Co.
Bank of America named Don Kammerer commercial market executive for Long Beach/South Bay and its not-for-profit commercial group in Southern California. Kammerer will continue in his role as commercial market executive for Orange County.
EDUCATION
Immigration attorney Kathryn Terry joined the faculty of Western State University College of Law, Fullerton as an adjunct professor. Terry, founder of the Sports Law Center in Orange, teaches immigration law.
ENGINEERING
Linscott, Law, & Greenspan, Engineers, Costa Mesa promoted Richard E. Barretto to associate principal. Barretto joined the firm in 1989 as a transportation engineer and has worked on such projects as Queensway Bay in Long Beach and the Bixby Old Ranch master plan in Seal Beach.

Irvine-based LSA Associates Inc. promoted Frank L. Haselton to principal. Haselton has practiced in both the private and public sectors.

Brian Brower was appointed logistics manager for D & L; Sheet Metal, Fullerton, a newly created position. Brower comes to the firm from Orange Courier Inc., where he was transportation and logistics manager.

Irvine-based Tygenhof & Partners added Frank Tran as print media director. Tran comes to Tygenhof & Partners from Carat in Los Angeles, where he was a broadcast media buyer.
Irvine-based Creative Works appointed John Misuraca corporate controller. Previously, Misuraca was controller at Newport Printing Systems.
Integrated Marketing Works, Irvine promoted Tracey Edwards to vice president/creative supervisor in charge of the firm’s creative product. Edwards, previously a senior copywriter, will oversee concept development, copywriting, art direction and print production.
REAL ESTATE
Seabreeze Management Co., Aliso Viejo added Brian Crooker as network administrator and Monique Butler as receptionist. Crooker will oversee the operation of local area networks and troubleshooting support for the firm’s computers.
Oliver Cagle, a 25-year industry veteran, was named president of Burnett Companies, Newport Beach. Cagle comes to Burnett from Capital Pacific Holdings, where he was vice president.
Keystone Pacific Property Management Inc. promoted Denise Bergstrom to vice president. Bergstrom, who has been with the company for eight years, will oversee the property management division and will be based in the firm’s Irvine office.
Cushman & Wakefield promoted a 19-year industry veteran, Barry M. Gail to director. He is based in the firm’s Irvine office. Gail was recently responsible for a $30 million lease transaction, the largest in the history of the firm’s Orange County office.
A 12-year industry veteran, Denise Murphy was promoted to corporate director of marketing and sales for John Laing Homes, Irvine. Previously, Murphy was sales and marketing manager for the firm’s Orange County Division.
Garden Grove-based Abbey Co. promoted a 20-year industry veteran, Kathi Wheeler, to Oxnard/Santa Maria leasing manager. Previously, she was a leasing and marketing director for California Coast in Newport Beach.
Lee & Associates’ Newport Beach office added James F. deRegt as a senior vice president. DeRegt comes to Lee & Associates from Cushman & Wakefield’s Irvine office, where he was an industrial specialist.
Glenn Reindahl and Stephen Murray were appointed project managers for Costa Mesa-based Andrew L. Youngquist Construction. Reindahl will oversee construction of multi-family and senior housing projects. Murray will be responsible for the extension of construction projects.
A 26-year industry veteran, Frank A. Woolsey was promoted to vice president of construction for Richmond American Homes, Irvine. Woolsey will focus on the builder’s Orange County operations.
Sean A. Sheward was named a partner for Newport Beach-based Turner Development Corp. Prior to joining the firm, Sheward was the division manager of the Inland Empire for Pacific Bay Homes.
Michael L. Wood was appointed leasing manager for the commercial property services division for Sares-Regis Group., Irvine. Wood will be responsible for marketing and leasing activities of all property in Southern California.
