Enterprise Rent-A-Car promoted three people to area managers, putting them in charge of multiple rental offices. Scott Fowler of Fullerton was named area manager for offices in Garden Grove, Cypress and Stanton. Michele Rans was named area manager for offices in Brea, Fullerton, Placentia and Yorba Linda. Gina Nguyen-Denton was promoted to area manager for the Costa Mesa, Huntington Beach, Fountain Valley and Santa Ana offices.
EDUCATION
Rancho Santiago Community College District named Christina Romero community service coordinator for the Orange County Small Business Development Center. She will facilitate business training as well as relationship marketing for the center.
LAW
Morrison & Foerster LLP added four associates to its Orange County office. Shawn Larsen joins as an associate in the labor and employment law department. Larsen was with Jones, Day, Reavis & Pogue. Amy Whitehurst also joins the labor and employment law department. She earned her law degree from UCLA this year. John Mitchell joins the corporate and finance department. He received his law degree from Brigham Young University this year. Brian Holmen joins the office as an associate in the corporate and finance department. He clerked for U.S. District Court Judge Rebecca Beach Smith in Virginia.

Electrorack Products Co. of Anaheim named Sherri Colligan national sales manager. She previously was vice president of sales for Zero Enclosures. She will establish a network of Electrorack sales representatives to educate and familiarize customers with the company’s products.
