Wayne Yong joined Piazzo Inc., Santa Ana, as a production artist. He will assist with the company’s various health-related and real estate accounts.

RETAIL

Alec White was named vice president, creative art director for Op, Irvine. He will report directly to Richard Baker, company CEO. White formerly managed his own design firm. In addition, John Vance was appointed vice president of sales and marketing and general manager for Op Pro, a surf collection launched by Op. He has 25 years of experience in the action sports market and was most recently vice president of sales and marketing for Quiksilver.

Jeff Booth, former pro surfer, was appointed surf specialty sales coordinator for Quiksilver, Huntington Beach. He will be handle sales and marketing for core accounts nationwide. Booth was previously a sales representative for Oakley.

REAL ESTATE

Bill Albert was promoted to president of Regis Contractors LP, Irvine. Albert joined the general contracting firm in 1995; he was formerly senior vice president of residential construction. The company is an affiliate of the Sares-Regis Group and specializes in residential construction.

Merit Associations Services Inc., Mission Viejo, appointed Elizabeth Roberts assistant vice president. She will assist in the company’s nationwide expansion. Roberts was previously vice president of development administration and marketing for RSM Management Co.

David Giglio and Greg Farrier joined the Anaheim office of Grubb & Ellis Co. as associate vice presidents of the office services group. Giglio will focus on office properties in northern and central Orange County, while Farrier will focus on tenant representation.

Terry Armor was promoted to director of community relations for The Irvine Co., Newport Beach. She was involved in the implementation of the company’s student leadership, principal excellence, and teacher excellence award programs.

Buchanan Street Partners, Newport Beach, appointed Randall R. Hall vice president of capital markets. He will manage the company’s straight debt, mezzanine, and equity relationships. Hall was previously program manager for FINOVA Realty Capital.

Sheri Conner, Adrienne Leibowitz, Steven O’Neil, and Pamela Blackwell-Poliakoff joined Keystone Pacific Property Management Inc., Irvine, as community association managers. In addition, Sheryl Uggen was named district manager, while Tasha R. Querantes and Robert Young were appointed associate community association managers.

TECHNOLOGY

Craig Dikie joined ImageX.com’s Orange County as a sales account manager. He will be responsible for growing the company’s Fortune 1000 customer base in the Orange County market. Dikie was previously a Moore North America executive.

Systems Management Specialists, Santa Ana, appointed David Bruesehoff vice president of human resources. He was formerly regional director of human resources for Miami-based VITAS Healthcare Corp.

Sage Software Inc., Irvine, named Debra Schueler senior manager of the Sage Accountant Alliance program. She will also manage the new Sage Reseller Alliance program. Schueler was most recently sales manager for Blytheco.

Ed Rowe was promoted to senior vice president of transportation systems for Odetics ITS, Anaheim. He joined Odetics in 1997 and was most recently vice president of the company. Rowe’s 40-year career in the ITS industry includes two years’ experience as CEO of Gardner-Rowe Systems Inc.

Go2 Systems Inc., Irvine, hired Robert Groux and William Groux to expand the firm’s access to manufacturers and major retail customers. The Groux brothers are credited with developing the Snapple brand on the West Coast, and building Orange County into an $18 million market for Snapple.

Earl Malit was promoted to president of HNC Insurance Solutions, Irvine. He was formerly senior vice president of product management for the company, which is an insurance industry division of HNC Software.

Newport Beach-based IPNet Solutions Inc. named Colleen Edwards director of marketing communications. In addition, Eileen Licerio joined the company as a director of education.

Date Into Action, Fullerton, appointed Linda Morata Proske executive director of its newly developed technology in the arts practice. She was most recently national account executive and director of projects and program management for Outbound Services Inc.
