ACCOUNTING

Haskell & White LLP hired Meagan Hayes as director of marketing.

White Nelson & Co. has named Frederick Horn a partner. He previously was senior tax manager.


ARCHITECTURE

Shlemmer Algaze Associates hired Steven Drucker and Dan Ringler. Drucker was named principal of design. He is responsible for the overall design philosophy. Ringler is director of corporate tenant services. He will lead the design of all projects and manage a design staff.


CONSTRUCTION

JE Dunn Construction Co. hired Mike Castillo and Bob Maxwell. Castillo was named senior vice president and chief operating officer. Maxwell was named senior vice president of business development and marketing.


ENGINEERING

Arya Rohani joined the Irvine office of Oakland-based DKS Associates Inc. as chief technology officer and principal.


FINANCE

Newport Beach-based Waltos Group, part of Northwestern Mutual Life Insurance Co., named Brian Forth disability income insurance specialist. Forth will promote sales growth for the disability income insurance product line.

Bainbridge Island, Wash.-based Avalara Inc. has hired Kim Hayden to lead its new Irvine office.


GOVERNMENT

Patrick Gough joined the Orange County Transportation Authority as executive director of human resources and organizational development.


HEALTH

Kevin Moley joined the board of Aperture Health Inc., a national provider of online health and wellness services. Moley formerly was deputy secretary of the Department of Health and Human Services under President George H.W. Bush.


REAL ESTATE

Keystone Pacific Property Management Inc. hired Kelle Paddack and David Pesch as community association managers.


TECHNOLOGY

Mitsubishi Digital Elec-tronics America Inc. named Akihiro Kambara vice president of its presentation products division.

Networks In Motion Inc. hired M. Fathi Hakam as vice president of engineering. He will lead the software engineering division.
