Irvine-based Ramirez International Financial & Accounting Services Inc. named Fernando R. Jimenez to partner. Jimenez has worked with Ramirez Inter-national for seven years.
Sam Davidson, senior vice president and wealth manager at the Newport Beach office of UBS Financial Services Inc. was named a senior portfolio manager in the company’s portfolio management program.
HEALTHCARE
Aliso Viejo-based Ossur North America, part of Iceland’s Ossur HF, promoted Tim McCarthy to vice president of sales and marketing and Shane Namack to the new position of national accounts manager. Ossur makes and sells braces and prosthetics.
Irvine-based VQ OrthoCare, an orthopedic rehabilitation and surgical products company, promoted Leslie Sorrells to director of reimbursement. Sorrells will be responsible for the leadership and management of the company’s billing, clerical and cash application teams.
Clarient Inc., a medical testing company, appointed Jay Roberts to the position of acting chief financial officer.

Costa Mesa-based J. Mading Insurance & Financial Services Inc. named Howard Bush vice president of internal operations and client services.

The Irvine Company hired Michael Donahue as vice president of marketing for its hotels and golf courses. Donahue has 26 years of experience in hospitality sales and marketing.
James Chiboucas was promoted to vice chairman of Newport Beach’s KBS Realty Advisors LLC. KBS is the real estate investment company led by Peter Bren and Chuck Schreiber Jr. Chiboucas had been chief legal officer since the company’s beginning in 1992.
