Eric Martorano joined Parker Stephens Inc. of Costa Mesa as vice president of marketing programs. Martorano previously was director, worldwide marketing and channels, at Vision Solutions Software.

McCloud Communications LLC, a Corona del Mar-based marketing and corporate communications company, named Mark D. Tullio as a partner and managing member. Tullio brings more than 13 years of technology and entertainment industry marketing and communications experience to McCloud.

Automotive

Enterprise Rent-A-Car promoted Richard Fagan to area manager in charge of rental offices serving Irvine, Laguna Hills, Aliso Viejo and parts of Newport Beach. Fagan, previously a regional corporate sales manager in Huntington Beach, will be responsible for seven offices and 35 workers.

Financial

Barrington Associates of Los Angeles appointed Paul Kacik as senior vice president and head of healthcare investment banking. Kacik, formerly with Citibank and Smith Barney, will work out of the firm’s Newport Beach office.

Michael S. Graves joined D.L.D. Insurance Brokers Inc. in Irvine as vice president and director of client development. Graves comes after 15 years at insurer American International Group Inc. D.L.D also added Eugene E. Mueller as vice president within the new client development division.

Citizens Business Bank appointed David Anduri vice president and manager of its Saddleback Business Financial Center in Laguna Hills. Lorraine Collyer was appointed vice president and banking officer of the Katella Business Financial Center in Orange. The bank also appointed Michael Duran as vice president and manager, and Henry Eagar as vice president and banking officer, of its Brea Business Financial Center.

Government

The Orange County Transportation Authority appointed Santa Ana councilmember Mike Garcia and Orange mayor pro tem Carolyn Catechu to its board of directors.

LAW

Preston Gates & Ellis LLP of Irvine named David Perry managing partner in Orange County. Perry joined the firm in 2003 after 19 years as founder and managing partner of Bruck & Perry. Preston Gates & Ellis also added two partners, Robert Bekken and William Grenner, as well as three associates, Cory King, Hanh Le and Keith Watts.

NONPROFIT

The Orange County Performing Arts Center elected two members to its board: Robert S. Roth, president of World Oil Corp., and Rosemary Turner, vice president of United Parcel Service Inc.’s Southern California district. Both will serve three-year terms.

Real Estate

Vintage Senior Housing LLC, a developer and operator of assisted living facilities, appointed Cathy Ellis executive director of its Avalon at Newport East and Avalon at Newport West senior living communities. Ellis previously ran her own senior living consulting service in San Juan Capistrano.

Irvine-based Keystone Pacific Property Management Inc. added three community association managers: Leslie Camp, Lee Hamer and Rhonda McCormick.

Technology

Portsmouth, N.H.-based InfoCyclone Inc. named Gary E. Wright director of sales, Western region. Wright previously was senior account executive with Stellant Inc. of San Francisco. He will work out of InfoCyclone’s Newport Beach office.
