Andrew Price of Leighton and Associates Inc. has been named president and chief executive officer. Before moving to the company’s Irvine office, Price served as vice president and managing director of the company’s Westlake Village and Santa Clarita offices.

Doug Kari has joined Laguna Beach-based Abitech LLC as its general counsel and senior vice president of business relations. In addition to focusing on business development and risk management, Kari will oversee the company’s relationship with manufactures of the products that Arbitech sells. He was formerly a partner in the Los Angeles office of Orrick, Herrington and Sutcliffe, where he specialized in business litigation.

Resource Commercial Real Estate Inc. hired Dan Bradley as senior associate broker. Bradley will work out of the company’s Irvine office and will handle corporate accounts throughout the state.
James Christiansen was promoted to the partner level at Ashwill Associates Commercial Real Estate, an Orange-based commercial real estate firm. Christiansen, 25, is the youngest employee promoted to partner in the company’s history.
Kenneth Kamstra has joined Johnson Capital Group Inc.’s Irvine office as a real estate analyst. His primary focus at Johnson Capital will be to analyze and underwrite commercial real estate transactions.

Sanderson,J. Ray Dev-elopment Corp. of Irvine has appointed Lori Geisler chief operating officer. For the past three years, Geisler has been Sanderson J Ray’s chief financial officer. In her new role, she will direct all management, acc-ounting and administration staff. Prior to 1999, Geisler was a senior controller at Koll Management Services.

Irvine-based Consolidated Reprographics promoted Mike Hoover to director of purchasing. Consolidated Reprographics was acquired by Glendale-based American Reprographics Co. in May.

Robert Gossman has been appointed controller for El Pollo Loco Inc. Gossman will oversee accounting functions and manage the development and implementation of new financial systems for the Mexican chicken chain.
TECHNOLOGY
Microsemi Corp. promoted Ralph Brandi to executive vice president. He also was named chief operations officer of the company. His previous position was corporate vice president of operations of the Irvine-based chipmaker.
