Husband and wife team Johnny and Barbara Cox were appointed vice president, ethics/values integration and assistant vice president, ethics/values integration, respectively, by St. Joseph Health System, Orange. Johnny Cox was most recently vice president, mission and advocacy at Providence Service, Spokane, Wash. Barbara Cox was previously a leadership consultant for various acute, long-term and home health institutions in the Northwest.
Kelly Sanders was promoted to vice president, Orange County service area, for Long Beach-based SCAN, a healthcare provider with offices in Orange. Sanders has more than 10 years of healthcare experience.
MemorialCare, a division of Memorial Health Services in Fountain Valley, named Annette M. Walker senior vice president. Walker has helped to develop “best practices” and clinical guidelines at the company’s five hospitals in LA and OC.
Garden Grove-based WEB Disability Management Systems Inc. appointed Joseph Martinez, a 16-year veteran of the workers’ compensation and vocational rehabilitation industries, a vocational rehabilitation consultant. In addition, the company appointed Jaime Sepulveda placement specialist.
Robert C. Caldwell was named CEO of Coastal Communities Hospital and Santa Ana Hospital Medical Center, both owned by Tenet Healthcare Corp. He has 25 years of healthcare management experience. Caldwell previously was CEO of a Tenet facility in Phoenix.

Leslie Stevens joined RHI Consulting as Southern California and Southwest regional manager. The 15-year staffing industry veteran will oversee operations from the firm’s Irvine office.
Strategic HR Services, Newport Beach, named Kim Shepherd national director of staffing for the firm. She will oversee the company’s four staffing divisions. Shepherd previously headed Laguna Hills-based recruitment firm, Profile Strategies, which was acquired by Strategic HR Services.

Prolong International Corp., Irvine, appointed Thomas Iwanski to the newly created positions of senior vice president, corporate development and COO. Iwanski was most recently CFO of NetVantage Inc.
Retail
Patrick DeMarco was appointed director of financial products for Irvine-based Autobytel.com. DeMarco will spearhead the launch of the company’s financing program.
Mercedes-Benz of Laguna Niguel named Doug Lincoln new car sales manager. Lincoln, who has been with the dealership for 12 years, will oversee a staff of 20 and implement new sales programs and policies.
John Knowles was appointed accounts manager for Tuttle-Click Dodge’s direct customer contact program at the Irvine dealership. Knowles is also fleet director for Tuttle-Click Dodge.
Irvine-based Barbeques Galore promoted Benjamin A. Ramsey Jr. to executive vice president, a newly created position. He will oversee store operations, human resources, training and development, new store development and sales to real estate developers and contractors.
Irvine-based WWW. COM Inc. appointed Ed Seibold producer of the Internet broadcoast network’s Buy It! Channel. Seibold most recently developed an e-commerce platform for E-Commerce Solutions International and was director of e-commerce for Wazzu Corp. in Fountain Valley.
Draper’s & Damon’s, Irvine, appointed Vito Kowalchuk executive vice president and CFO. He was previously an executive with Opal Concepts in Anaheim.
Terry Shindle was named vice president of operations for Coco’s restaurants, a subsidiary of Advantica Restaurant Group Inc., Irvine. He was previously vice president of operations for Discovery Zone where he was responsible for 200 operations throughout the U.S., Canada and Puerto Rico.
San Juan Capistrano-based Biozhem Cosmeceuticals Inc. appointed Marti Wolf president. The company is a specialty retailer of skin-care products sold at kiosks, through direct mail and on the Internet.
MonierLifetile, Irvine, promoted Steve Chamberlin to vice president of sales and marketing. Chamberlin previously held a similar position with Boral Lifetile, which merged with MonierLifetile.
Paul Nadel was promoted to director of Amway contract manufacturing sales. He is a 19-year veteran of Amway and its Nutrilite division in Buena Park. He will split his time between the local office and one at Amway’s world headquarters in Ada, Mich.
