The National Capital Cos. Inc., an Irvine financial services company, last week announced that its Travis Morgan Investment Banking division initiated a global rollout by opening its first international investment banking office in Tel Aviv, Israel.
A former director general of Israel’s Department of Agriculture, Avraham Ben Meir, will head up the new office. Meir has worked in funding and management for both public and private sectors.
“I will strive to replicate National Capital’s stateside success in the Mideast markets in which I have a specialty,” said Meir in accepting the new post.
“We are ecstatic to have someone of the caliber of Ben Meir sharing with us his expertise, his contacts and his business acumen,” said Joseph Cerbone, president of National Capital, in making the announcement.
The National Capital Cos.
