Murdoch Out To charm Dow Jones Shareholders

News Corp.’s Rupert Murdoch is expected to turn on the charm on Monday to reassure the family that controls Dow Jones & Co. that his $5 billion offer for the company won’t undermine its flagship newspaper, the Wall Street Journal.
