McDonald’s: Earnings Double, Steps Up Growth

McDonald’s Corp., the world’s largest restaurant company, on Wednesday said quarterly earnings nearly doubled after recording a large gain for last year’s spinoff of the Chipotle Mexican Grill Inc. chain.
